Worst haircut my pup has ever gotten!!! I was nervous to try a new groomer but I decided to give Terrance a chance. He absolutely destroyed my dogs hair. It was the most choppiest,uneven,ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen. Seriously! Even if you aren’t a groomer you can tell how uneven the ears are,long pieces of hair sticking out in random places. How is this man a groomer?!?! Never going back. My pup hasn’t been the same since,now I gotta go elsewhere for someone to fix this atrocity! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We love this place! We take both our Goldens there and they treat them so well. Prior to button nose our dogs developed high anxiety when it came to groomer visits. Button nose has helped our pups feel more calm when it comes to their bathing!

Sometimes shopping local means spending a little more, but that's not the case here. Often you can find options cheaper than their Internet counterparts, but their selection is more limited.

But the best reason to come is their grooming. You can really tell all the employees (reception, groomers, and all) love animals, but I was blown away by their knowledge. My dog type is rare in the States but the stylist still was familiar with their traditional grooming style. And of course, my fur baby loves it here too and always leaves happy.

Took my puppy Akita here twice to be groomed and both times it was excellent. I felt they REALLY liked my dog and really took care of him.
A few times later there were new people in the grooming section and they were terrible, they did not do anything right, they were done in 20 minutes? I have not gone back there.

This place was recommended by a friend for a deshedding for my golden retriever. I called ahead and asked for pricing and the customer service rep on the other end of the line quoted me $70. No problem, asked if I could drop off my golden retriever that afternoon and I did. Fast forward to pick up, the kid who picked up the phone and a lady who I presume was the owner of the shop are standing at the front. I ask for my dog and she brings her out and proceeds to ask me if I’d like to know what the price is. I let her know that I called ahead and was told $70. She glares at the kid also standing at the counter who lets her know that he quoted me the price for a large dog which seems fair, she’s about sixty pounds. I pay and as I’m walking out the door I hear her scold him and say “you should have told her $75.” She had a menu of pricing which is where he pulled the price from. Had she politely let me know that the correct price was actually five dollars more, I would have had no problem. But because she was rude about it to both myself and the employee who was simply reading off a menu of prices, I wouldn’t go back, which is quite a shame as I was happy with how my dog’s fur turned out. Won’t be going back.
