Sally is fantastic! This was the first time I have ever taken my dog to her and Sally was so nice and did a great job shaving my dogs hair down. My Shih-poo unfortunately was very matted and Sally did wonderful taking care of my fur baby as if he was her own, and made him look sooo much better! I would recommend her to anyone and will be having regular appointments with her to make sure my dogs hair doesn't get too long again. She also has great prices!

Ann is outstanding and our Wheaten terrier Poggí looked forward to seeing here and getting all done up. Poggí crossed the ? bridge this past summer and we now have Caragh, who just turned 5 months. We intend to have Ann perform her magic with our new Wheatie, too!

I am very disappointed! She botched my yorkies hair, and they were having to watch video of how to trim a yorkies hair! I asked if they trimmed his nails, and she didn't even remember if she did or not!! She told me to take him home and come back tomorrow to finish.. very unprofessional! The place stunk really bad as well. Not even sure tgey gave him a bath. He didn't smell like anything.. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!

I wouldn't recommend. The lady in there was very rude. I went in there to see if they were accepting new clients and she said "No not really" so -you are just not me because? I didn't say anything and just said thank you. But to not even get a smile or a we do but?..
You should remove your listing if you don't want new business.

So caring and great cuts. Tessa loved them. Sold business and we had to leave. Employees on phone laughing ang giggling. Piles of dirty towels all over. Told her not to touch my dogs ears or tail. Her ears were a MESS when we got her back and she smelled so bad like dirty socks we had to give her a bath.

Ann has retired and sold to Sally. Sally is rude and did a horrific job trimming our little guys nails. Happy for Ann but can honestly say we won't be back.

I do not typically leave negative reviews unless I feel the service/experience was VERY bad. We do our best to leave primarily positive reviews rather than negative, as we feel in this day and age people are quick to point out the negative, and do not evenly review the positive. We try to not be THOSE people, and give credit as often as we can. That being said, this was an encounter we felt worthy of leaving a review regarding our brief experience, because it was wholly uncomfortable and unprofessional.

My wife and I were calling around to try and find a grooming appointment for our newly adopted australian shepherd. Due to the encouraging reviews we read, we called this company, and based on the conversation alone, we were immediately deterred.. The conversation went as follows:
Woman: " HELLO HELLO!?" *annoyed voice*
Me: Hi! Is this the grooming service?
Woman: " YES! " *annoyed voice again*
Me: Oh good, I was wondering if you have any appointments available this week?
Woman: " NOT FOR 2 WEEKS! " *AGAIN in an annoyed/rude manner*

We just said okay and hung up. This encounter was incredibly unprofessional, and uncomfortable... I'm not sure how this company gets any business if they treat people in the way that we just experienced. Every other place we have called thus far has been kind (even if they don't have an appointment available) and was more than happy to provide information about the services they provide. I wasn't even able or encouraged to proceed to the part of the conversation where we talk about services they provide, as this woman clearly had no desire to talk to me, and seemed VERY bothered by my call. Insanely rude and unprofessional. Guess we will look elsewhere, where we feel we will be valued and appreciated as a customer.
