I’m very grateful to Brown Animal Hospital.

Yesterday at 5 PM, my cat was in very bad condition. I called them, and they let us bring my cat in as soon as possible. Although the result was very sad, they tried to comfort me and stayed with me until my husband arrived to say goodbye.

This place is very friendly to foreigners. My English is not very good, but everyone spoke kindly to me and used a translation app to communicate.

I really appreciate their care for my pet, even though the outcome was not what I had hoped for.

Thank you to the doctors and staff. You worked hard.

Doc and vet techs are awesome. I've brought family cats and dogs here. My fur babies are always treated well. Clean exam rooms. Clients can bring in pets for nail trims without an appointment for only $10.

Very friendly staff; don’t have much a relationship with vets besides appointments on spaying, but they helped me feel more comfortable when my cat was experiencing some sickness issues. After two days, it seems to have cleared up. He’s eating and only time will tell. Decently priced - while out of my budget, for a quick checkup with no other options, the staff were amazing, with great attitudes.

Brown's Animal Hospital is a great place to take your pet! They are very caring and dogs and cats alike leave with treats! Their prices are better than any of the other places that I have checked around with and they have worked my pet in twice with no notice on an emergency basis and didn't charge me an emergency fee! I love love love Brown Animal Hospital and would recommend them to everyone!

11/4/2024 Addendum: I feel that bar none Brown Animal Hospital is one of the BEST Veterinarian offices in Peoria. They have never failed any of my pets! LuLu, Mini (Rest in Heaven beautiful boy), BooBooToo, Clyde and Clydia all love Brown's Animal Hospital. I am so grateful to the staff here!

Dr. Brown is an incredible surgeon and cares about quality of life of the pets he serves more than any vet I have met. My cat broke his leg badly and Dr. Brown was able to repair his leg. I know for a fact that if I had taken him anywhere else, my cat would have three legs right now instead of four. Thank you to the whole team for helping my cat get back to running around on all fours!

We recently rescued a puppy and we decided to start her off at Brown Animal Hospital with all the amazing things we have heard about them. I’m really happy we did. Our sweet girl has been loved and with a concern we had about her they watched her all day long to see if she would need any testing. The way they treat every animal like family is truly amazing + their knowledge. Honey (our puppy) had her first appointment and every question we had was answered and more.

Best experience at a vet yet. They complimented my dogs, took us to a private room for everything including checking out, employees were all friendly, they did a thorough exam of both my puppers. I would and will recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!

Brown Animal Hospital is the absolute best. I was in town for the holidays so this is not my regular vet it is my sister's and I see why! They were so accommodating and got me in very last minute on New Year's Eve. I knew they could tell I was really worried about my cat possibly having upper respiratory issues and worked me in so I wouldn't have to go to the emergency vet. Dr. Johnson was very nice and thorough even though I know he was overworked that day, I heard the receptionist on the phone several times mention 'we've had several emergencies this morning.' Everyone in the place was super nice even though they were there at least an hour past closing time. Truly can't recommend this place more.
