We have been going to Brook Ellis for many years- but it has been under new ownership. We took our little girl dog in for teeth extraction - she was 10 years old but was in excellent health and very spunky. We were told she needed this surgery - which we found out she did not. She was never the same and she died 2 days later. She was returned to us with extensive internal bleeding. She should have been sent straight to the pet hospital but we were not advised that anything was wrong. We still have no answers. Dr. Kayleigh Marlin took no responsibility for it. Instead of giving us any answers, she tried to blame us for it - which I found to be defensive & disgraceful. She offered no sympathy to my family nor regret about a little dog who meant everything to our family. I would not ever bring a pet here for any reason. What happened to our little baby should never happen to any animal. We left her there healthy & entrusted to them & she was completely neglected & murdered for money. There may have been malpractice - but we will never really know what happened. I just know it should never have happened.

Love Dr. Marlin and the whole team at Brook-Ellis! Had to get my dog in due to an emergency and Heather at the front desk was so kind, calm and accommodating. Appreciate that everyone here takes their time to talk through our concerns. You can truly tell the staff really cares. Ended up deciding to switch to use Brook Ellis as our main vet because we've had such a positive experience!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Every staff member from the receptionist to the techs whom I interacted with were positive and supportive. You can tell they really do enjoy what they do. The vet was super kind, listened to my concerns and was never condescending or impatient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my appointment was fast (but not rushed). Nothing was obscenely overpriced either. I will be bringing Brooklyn back for all of her care here in the future- can’t recommend this office enough!

Dr. Wayne is very knowledgeable, talented, and kind. The care given to Cosmo is always gentle and loving. One can tell pets are treated with loving concern. Estimates for cost are always given before any testing is done. We would never go elsewhere for Cosmo's care.
