Every negative review has one star. Every positive view has five stars. What does that tell you? If manipulation was a treatment center… Go figure. But don’t go here!

I have read some of the negative reviews regarding this place which I find a bit bewildering as I have never experienced anything but a group of dedicated, concerned, understanding and professional staff who in my opinion truly care. Recovering from challenges in life can be difficult and quite often in the midst of our journey on the road to recovery we are quick to blame, lash out and misdirect our anger and pain towards others.

Everyone's journey and experiences in life are different and I would never minimize or belittle the opinions of others. Instead, what I can honestly say in response to many of theses negative sentiments is that based on personal experiences Bridge Back To Life has been a tremendous place of refuge that has provided the direction and support needed on this difficult journey back to a sense of normalcy and the staff has always been warm, personable and most of all professional! I can say without reservation that I would highly recommend Bridge Back to life to anyone looking to regain control of their lives!

I love the staff. They actually care about your life. They helped me get into an amazing detox center. They very understanding about my conditions and knew what I needed to get started on my journey. I need to get back with them.

This place is an unethical pyramid scheme. I was one-week from discharge and, after six months of clean toxicology tests, I tested positive for alcohol. On top of the sheer absurdity of this "positive" test, the timing was very suspicious (I was mandated by my job). As a consequence, I was mandated to six more weeks of treatment and fees. Needless to say, I didn't consume alcohol. Their methods of collection are highly suspect (multiple patients give toxicology in the same room at the same time). This place is all about the money and the administrative staff are highly unprofessional. They also only accept cash co-payments (red flag), so make sure you get receipts. I was given a phony co-payment months later and my only proof of its falsity were my receipts. I immediately left Bridge after the false test. Not worth your time or money, go elsewhere if you can afford to, or don't go at all. Loved ones, do not send your family here.

At the end of the day, it’s all about YOU. YOUR recovery. YOUR determination. YOUR perseverance. Bridge Back to Life can help you achieve full recovery, but it’s got to come from within. It’s got to come from YOU. And before the cancel-culture trolls try to suggest anything in the comments, I’m a recovering addict myself who spent years in and out of various treatment centers. Bridge Back to Life was the one that finally worked, but they’re also the ones who helped me see that I needed to rely on myself and MY own ability to get clean. That’s what you learn here, self-reliance.

All the review comments are true. They're a bunch of con-artists. They portrays the clients with lies to help them, but in the end, its all a set- up and all they're after is the health insurance profits. If you're trying to get cleaned up for a civil service job, or any job, its a trick!!!! They got a good gift of gabb game, with NO RESULTS.

I wouldn't recommend this organization to ANYONE.

Everyone here is very caring and genuinely wants to see people get clean for good. I can’t say I “enjoyed” my time here, because it wasn’t that. My time here saved my life in every literal and figurative way and I can’t thank the people who work here enough for the part they played in that.
