I have been taking my cat here for about 2 years, and I couldn’t think of a better place for him to get care. When I was a kid, my mom brought our dogs here, and she always had great things to say. The ladies at the front desk are always super sweet and they make me feel welcome. The vets and techs are extremely knowledgeable, and they give my cat treats to help him feel less nervous 🙂 I plan to bring him here for the rest of his life. Brentwood Veterinary Hospital has great staff. The front office personnel are always very helpful. The vet techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have seen Dr. Smith several times recently with my pup. She has is nice and very thorough.

For most of us, our pets are highly regarded members of our respective families. Therefore, our emotions often come into play depending on the reason our pets are taken to a veterinary facility.

My experience with the Brentwood Veterinary Hospital has been overwhelmingly satisfactory because of the trust I have acquired for the doctors and support staff who have provided diligent care of my cats.
Their mannerism, inclusive of friendliness, obvious knowledge, skill and abilities have provided me comfort. There is something more however: it is apparent to me that the doctors and staff exhibit a genuine love and admiration for their clients’ pets. That quality is paramount, in my opinion, which helps me manage my emotions in a positive way when any of my cats face difficult health issues.

We went there several years ago and were always happy with the service. Our dog passed away 5 years ago and we havnt had another dog until recently. I read some negative reviews about people not happy after an ownership change but I decided to try them again with our new dog. Making appointment was easy, got me in on time, staff was extremely friendly, and the care was great. Did not try to upsell me with anything, in fact saved me a little money on new pet wellness check and the doctor telling me how to do an ear cleaning on our dog cheaply vs having them do it. I was impressed with their service and care and will keep going to them for our vet needs.

Have been using this Vet for over 13 year's now. Always a good experience and don't feel well are being up sold products or services we don't need. (Not like other vets we have gone too)
