They got me in for a same-day appointment within an hour of my call to inquire about availability.

I needed to get my cat Onyx examined for an ongoing ear infection he's had for over a year now (life's been life-ing real hard and I couldn't get consistent treatment for him), and I have to say that every step of the way from the moment I walked in the door, I was pleasantly surprised.

I was greeted warmly and sincerely upon walking in.

I was only sat in the waiting room for maybe 3 minutes when the technician(?) took us to the exam room, and she was also very friendly and courteous (I'm sorry, I forgot your name already but it started with a K, maybe Kathy?). Onyx really does not like car rides and gets bad motion sickness, and once we got him out of the carrier inside we realized he had defecated. Without me even asking, the tech took the carrier and cleaned up the mess, put the towel I had in the carrier originally into a separate garbage bag, and put down some fresh pads in the carrier for Onyx. Absolutely stellar and considerate service that genuinely made me feel welcome and that my beloved cat was in good hands.

Once we were in the exam room and got through the preliminary questions, it was again only a few minute wait for the tech to return with the doctor.

I didn't feel like I was being judged for not being able to take efficient care of him while going through some tough circumstances, they were gentle and thorough with Onyx and cleaned out his ear well during the visit, and were calm and compassionate with him; very gentle unlike other places I've been. Oh; and they also wiped all the drool off of his fur as a result of his disdain for car rides.

Best of all, the bill for the visit was much lower than I was dreading on the way there. All told it was a little over $103 (although of course this will vary depending on the animal and services needed I'm sure).

Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful and expeditious experience with these folks and I can genuinely say I trust them with my pets and believe they care about more than just the money. Thank you for being a much needed breath of fresh air when it seems the world gets crazier and greedier every day.

Dr. Ashley has been nothing, but fantastic with my baby boy, Hercules. Each visit, she is so sweet and professional to him. He is a bit of a nervous dog, running around, backing into the corner, having to be muzzled, and trying to get out of my hold. She has never once showed any type of irritation or resistance towards him. She is very patient and understanding to his behavior. His vaccinations his first visit went very smooth even with him being a nervous wreck. She made sure to go over everything with me and gave him a full exam and recognized an ear infection that I was unaware of and recommended heartworm, flea, and tick prevention and explained the benefits perfectly. Was sent home with antibiotics and nexguard and he was great within the week. A couple days later, he did get involved in an accident and had to go to the emergency vet. Second visit, he was a bit more nervous, but Ashley was so understanding and gave his full exam again and even knew that he had his accident and checked to make sure his thigh and wound were healed. I appreciated that so much. She is so knowledgeable and handled Hercules with care and professionalism, even with him being a difficult dog. Next step is neutering him, and this will be the go-to vet and for his yearly checkups/any new issues that occur. Thank you to Dr. Ashley once again from Hercules and I!

The team got me in for an appointment on the same day after I was unable to get into a previously selected vet. These are my new fur babies and I had a couple of concerns, so I was pleasantly surprised they were able to see them both the same day. Both the doctor and the assistant were friendly and very thorough. They not only answered my concerns, they also addressed some things that I did not know I should be concerned with, even with all my research. Our dog had a very long seizure, and they picked up their emergency line right away. They stayed calm, told me what to do, and had me bring her in right away. They were very comforting and reassuring. They made me feel so much better, and I know she is such good hands when she is with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

My kitten went in for a procedure. The staff was very patient and caring. They let me hold her before taking her back when they saw she was shaking. The Vet called me when the procedure was over letting me know she was okay even though she wasn’t ready to come home yet. I appreciate their care and compassion and understanding during a scary time. I trust the staff at Bremen Animal Hospital with the care of both of my cats and have always been pleased.
