Absolutely awesome experience. I have an older, long haired cat with some health issues that make grooming a little challenging. She got a bit more matted than I could handle. I called to make an appointment, expecting to wait several weeks. There was a cancellation and I was offered a spot much sooner. When I dropped her off, the groomer took plenty of time to learn about my kitties needs, personality and my expectations. She was done in a timely manner and the fee was extremely reasonable. My cat looks amazing and she didn't seem too perturbed by the whole process ! Thank you, Bowties, for taking such good care of Frannie.

We love Bowties Pet Salon! We have had a few different groomers and have been happy every time! They are darn good...and their scheduling reflects their popularity. You must schedule at least 6 weeks in advance, so you last minuters, like me, better plan ahead!

For 8 years I followed Amanda B to 3 different location. From the time she had just started at Pets Mart getting her training to May 2022 where she is at Bowties currently. I have two Havanese. As you can imagine in 8 years there have been some ups and downs to any relationship. Mistakes get made from both parties, appointments have had to be rescheduled. I will be honest there have been times I have gotten my dates mixed up. When I have made a mistake I did also compensate with a much bigger Tip to Amanda B or to Darien of up to 20 or 30 dollars more. Not only did I verbally apologize but I wanted to make sure they knew I appreciated them and was sorry for my mistake. On June 18 I got a Text message from Amanda B stating she had me down for 11:00 am for the dog grooming. This was a mistake because would not have set an apt for the dogs on the day of my son’s graduation party. She proceeded to tell me that she would no longer have me as a client and to take my business elsewhere. I was appalled, In my calendar I had the appointment set for the end of June after the party. The Bowties grooming have raised their prices several times. They raised nail clippings to 20 $ because the get too many people coming in for just that service. I was informed of this by Amanda B. Amanda B. has also raised her prices to groom my dogs. She stated they were raised on the business Facebook page too. Since I do not have face book I could not verify this. Amanda B or Bowties are so busy they raise prices to keep customers away? I feel that this is a deplorable way to treat a client of 8 years. This is extremely poor customer relations on Amanda B’s part. If the salon owner tolerates this from the groomers, Be a cautious consumer. I will be going to a new pet salon soon- look for my review of them and you may want to leave Bowties for a place who values customs loyalty. Plus, a groomer who doesn’t raise their prices to elite customers only.

Amanda is always so amazing to both of my dogs. She is so helpful, informative, and knowledgeable especially about my problem dog. Both dogs love going there and get so excited when I say "bath" they run to the door. Bowties is the best around I highly recommend if you want a salon that takes amazing care of your dogs and treats them as your own!

So far I have only taken my cats here to get their nails clipped. I like that it's a curbside drop-off as it's difficult for me to walk. It's a very quick process, even with one cat who doesn't like being handled by strangers (he now needs to be sedated slightly). I will definitely keep bringing my cats here and will be getting my dog groomed soon ‍⬛
