My partner and I found a kitten in the street who was in really bad shape. When we found him he was lethargic, wobbly, scared. One of his eyes was completely shut and the other had a very bad infection in it. He was starving. He was skin and bone and had maggots in his skin. He was covered in flees. We tried to bring the baby to the humane society because we were unsure if we could afford the medical care he needed. The humane society said they weren’t open and wouldn’t take him that day. So they referred us to Bonita Pet Care. We brought him in and Natalie at the front desk was so helpful and quick to assist. She went and got Dr. Singh, who admitted the kitten immediately. Bonita vet clinic gave us a “good samaritan” discount for the kittens care. They took such good care of the kitten and he is doing well! They even called to make sure he was doing okay. I could not recommend a vet hospital more. He’s not out of the woods yet, but with the quality of care he is actively receiving from Bonita Pet Care, I’m sure he’ll make the most heart warming recovery. We decided to keep him and name him Church. (Yes like the cat from pet cemetery lol!) thank you to all of the staff at Bonita Pet Care! And a special thank you to Natalie and Dr. Singh for their urgency and TLC.

The morning of my cat’s appointment, I received a call stating that the doctor was going to be a little late. Cool. No problem. I waited in my car and showed up to the new time. When I first arrived, the front staff was very kind to me… but I had to wait 30-40 minutes to even be seen by the doctor. The nurse also looked after my cat more than the doctor did. All he did was grab my cat (kind of rudely in my opinion) look at her for a few seconds and just told me it was allergies. Then I got charged $200

Our old boy Chico has had some health issues due to his age, but we have been fortunate enough to find Dr.Singh! Dr Singh and the staff of Bonita Pet Care Animal Hospital have been so kind and caring to our family and beloved Chico. I highly recommend this clinic! With Dr Singh’s medical excellence, Andice, Jess, and David’s attentiveness to Chico, and the front desk’s Natalie and Eimi’s welcoming and helpful service, this vet has cultivated a healthy and supportive environment. My family and I are so grateful for their work and dedication to this field!

Bad customer service, never answer the phone, always have to leave a voice mail and they dont even get back to you. You have to
keep calling leaving voicemail’s until they finally call you back days later. But when you show up in person you never see them on the phone.
