I took my very nervous, blind, senior miniature poodle for a well needed bath and haircut. She turned out great. She was very matted due to her blindness which causes major anxiety, not letting anyone touch her. I was kind of nervous leaving her but was pleasantly surprised when I picked her up and was handed a totally different dog. The shop recently changed ownership and the new owner is great. Very concerned and knowledgeable about senior dogs. Love supporting family owned businesses and this one will continue to service our three dogs. Thank you!

Out of so many places ive tried my dog is very aggressive most of the groomers say no.first time in this grooming amazing job, never do l leave reviews but this groomer deserves it definitely!!! they did an amazing job knowing my doggie is aggressive when it come down to grooming time im so glad they handle him with care and joy !! Totally recommend very friendly and amazing customer service!!!!

Really loved this groomers was affordable always make appointment for 4 to 6 weeks and now went to drop off my baby and closed for remodel and laura has retired. That's great no call that's not good practices but says gonna have self grooming when open on May 1 we'll I don't know now. It really rubs me the wrong way that no one called even new owners.

I called here to get my Yorkie puppy groomed and they got me scheduled within the same week. Before beginning the grooming, they asked us really great questions to help us communicate what we really wanted and the groomer was very knowledgeable about all the different hairstyles for these type of dogs. They were all very friendly and professional, and they did exactly what we requested. We are so happy with the results. I've been to other groomers in the area and they are by far the best! I trust them and will be going here from now on.

I called for availability for a grooming appointment for my Golden Retriever and Laura answered the phone, seemed rushed and rude. I asked if she had anything this week in the afternoon and she said "I don't do afternoons, you would have to be here by noon." and when I explained that wouldn't work for me she simply hung up. I don't write a lot of reviews but I feel compelled to do so when my customer experience was bad. If you're in a service based business such as this one, at least be cordial and friendly, just my opinion.

I took my dog in there to get his nails trimmed, and when I walked through the door, I noticed a foul musty smell. This is one of the dirtiest groomers I’ve ever been to. I will not return. I don’t even give it a one star should be shut down by the health department. It is dirty and unorganized. If you love your pet, you won’t take it here.!
