Dr. Kowalska is a ray of light and truly what keeps us coming to the BVH. Her expertise and knowledge is incredible. She takes the time to connect with her patients, explain exactly what is going on and has time and time again helped nurse our crew of fur babies to health. Wonderful experience with the ER service! They were professional, fast, pleasant, and were amazing with my timid rescue puppy! Reasonable pricing too. I drove from Ridgecrest to come here and plan on switching over. The 3 hours drive it worth it!

My Doberman had to be taken in on Monday during lunch hour, after he ran way too close to the travel trailer while playing with one of our other dogs, and received two meaty gashes from a tiny piece of metal that was sticking out (all potential dangers have been sawed off and fenced off now), that required him to be put under anesthesia. We hadn't yet enrolled him with Bishop Vet after Sierra Vet closed. Ares was loaded up into the truck and the call was made to Bishop Vet while driving and they took him right away. He had the anesthesia, got stitched up, given his pain medications, antibiotics, we said yes to blood work, and they even did his nails for us! And I was shocked that the price was far below what I anticipated. That didn't even reach his deductible for his insurance. ? We had him back in a few hours. The staff were spectacular, and their new facility is marvelous. I am very happy with the promptness of service, clear communication, and the results. ? I highly recommend this place.

Love bishop vet. The only place we have ever taken our animals. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable , it’s usually busy but they still get you in at or close to the appointment time. The new location is fantastic up to date and spacious. Highly recommend for animals of all types. They also have a patient portal so you can streamline appointments, questions and medicine.

Thank you Dr. Nicole Milici for your care and compassion for our pet. We did a walk in visit after a scary incident and was seen after a short wait. The dr was very sweet and gentle with our pup. It's definitely a great clinic!

I came to this vet office in need of a checkup for my dog. We were backpacking/camping and he had diarrhea. For coming in as a walk-in on a busy day, everybody was incredibly patient, accommodating, and friendly. They were all very professional and knew how to handle my reactive dog, asked questions, and made me feel heard. The doctor gave me simple solutions and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. This is the most incredible office I’ve been to and I couldn’t have asked for a better one in my time of need. If you have a choice (I don’t because I live in TX), don’t take your pet anywhere else but here!

My rescue pit mix's first trip to the vet. He had a growth removed, teeth claimed, ears cleaned, and toenails clipped. He had first class treatment. Very happy everything got taken care of.
