Love this place. Staff is amazing... Doctor is next level caring and very sweet and knowledgeable. Their prices are CRAZY affordable compared to other Animal Hospitals. I think it's because they care more about getting people to take appropriate care for their animals with affordable pricing instead of charging high prices like other animal places.

I've been going to Bild for probably twenty years, have taken many, many of my own pets plus animals that I've come across that have needed some care. My entire family counts in the consistency that Bild offers. You can go there and be assured that you're gonna get quality care and not end up spending thousands of dollars. Pricing is extremely fair, Dr. Shock is amazing!!! The whole staff rocks 🙂 Stephanie and Amanda are wonderful. Always a good time with lots of laughs and A++++ care. It's kind of like a little family every time I go there I meet a new best friend.

Dr. Schacht is a great caring veterinarian who has been in business for many years. I remember when he had his clinic in 1970's on N.W. 79th Street & N.W. 25 Avenue, Miami, FL 33147. When I was 10 yrs old, as my father passed by in the car on our way to my grandparents' house on the weekends, we would see so many people with their pets would be standing in line outside, in the doorway especially on early Saturday mornings. Me & my sisters & brothers would be pointing & be amazed saying, "Daddy, it sure is a lot of people & their pets of dogs & cats going to the doctor." My dad would say, "Yes, it surely is. pets also need to be cared for, for it's a big responsibility. " I said when I become a grownup, I'm going to bring my puppy dog to this doctor place." In 2014, when I got my son his first pet a schitzu puppy, I said to myself, "I hope the clinic I saw as a child is still in business." I looked up Bild Animal Clinic & was happy I found it. I have been with them for 12 years. Dr. Schacht is an outstanding veterinarian ? ?

THIS is the place to go for your pets. The vet knows EXACTLY what he’s doing and the receptionist is so nice. It’s clean and the way they respect you and your pets. I recommend this place to all my family and it’s the only one my dogs have ever gone too.

My initial interaction with Bild Animal Hospital left me utterly appalled and disgusted with their level of service. I called them seeking some information and was met with a display of unprofessionalism that was beyond belief.
Firstly, the person who answered the phone sounded like they couldn't care less about my inquiries. Instead of providing me with the information I needed, I was greeted with curt responses and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by even asking questions.
As if that wasn't bad enough, I was put on hold without any warning. I patiently waited, assuming that they would come back to the line shortly.
When I finally did get back on the line, I was shocked by the condescending tone of the person I was speaking with. Instead of addressing my concerns or questions, they seemed more interested in belittling me and making snide remarks about my lack of knowledge. It's astonishing that a supposed professional in the animal care industry would treat a potential customer with such disrespect.
To sum it up, my first experience with was a complete disaster. Their attitude, lack of communication, and insulting behavior have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who values courteous and professional service.

I love them, I went to them, my dog was very sick and I previos took him to another vet, I spend almost 2k n nothing, and Bild animal hospital was able to figure out what was wrong with my dog n cost me way cheaper than other vet n second I love the fact that im able to see what they do to my dog, love them

I just called to see if i am able to get a flea and tick medicine, even though I am not a client there and the receptionist was very rude. Spoke to me with such an attitude and hung up the phone. Super rude.
