Lugar espantoso y apestoso, el personal nada profesional, no entiendo como habiendo tanta gente trabajando ahí no mantienen ese lugar limpio e impecable, hoy visite a una amiga no aguante ni 30 minutos esa peste y el pobre y mediocre profesionalismo de esa gente que trabaja en ese lugar no lo soporte.

Having my newly amputee aunt bounce around to receive care was a nightmare but this place really put me and her at ease. Everyone is kind and the building is secure and they really do their best to consistently check on patients. I visit 1-3 times a week and in my visits I always see at least one person come in and that’s reassuring. The social work office is also stellar and has really made an incredibly difficult and scary time a lot easier to navigate. They have the knowledge!

4 stars because my aunt is not a fan of the food but I think it’s delicious haha

One of my close relatives was admitted to this rehab center for a month, and overall, every thing was great.
The staff and nurses were excellent kind, professional and always helpful.
i would like to give a special thanks to MATT, who was incredibly helpful in arranging a room and change to a suitable one.
His assistance made a big difference and we truly appreciate his support.

This facility should be investigated if not shut down completely my 90-year-old mother has been there for almost 2 weeks after having knee surgery… She requires two physical therapists to help her get out of bed… In all this time she has yet to have two therapists one therapist has her sit on the edge of the bed and then lay back down… She lays in her own urine and excrement… She calls for help no one comes to answer… I get phone call after phone call of her crying hysterically because she just wants to advance and get home and they’re basically just leaving her in bed to rot
Once in a while someone will come in and clean her but because urine remains on her skin she now has open sores in her private areas and we all know what that leads to… She has open wounds on her feet due to poor circulation from diabetes and no one is caring for those ulcerations… I will be contacting attorneys tomorrow and booking a flight so that I can get my mother out of there and into a place where care and kindness are provided… I urge you not to leave your loved one in this facility

After a response to my review from the facility I have been in contact with Nick who has been outstanding in taking this situation with my mom extremely seriously and has moved mountains in less than two hours… My mother is finally receiving the care and attention that she should’ve gotten from day one thankfully
So I would like to say a big thank you to Nick for his compassion and concern and I encourage people to Speak up if you don’t feel your loved one is getting the proper care because if you don’t The facility won’t know what’s going on and issues That you are having will not be addressed and that is not fair to your loved one and it doesn’t give the facility a chance to make things right… They can’t know if they don’t know

I have visited a few clients at Beverly Hills Rehabilitation Center, most recently one recovering from a stroke and the other after a major leg surgery. Both of them shared how they were happy with the care received. The staff was compassionate and attentive, and the therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers were highly skilled and supportive. The facility was spotless. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of excellent rehabilitative care.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and filled with caring, experienced staff. The therapy team was incredibly supportive, and the daily activities added to the positive environment.

My grandmother has been here a few times and there was an incident during one of her stays where she needed her brief change and the staff went into her room and started to change her but it was the end of their shift and they left her naked in her bed with the window open when it was raining and cold as well as the door to the room. After my grandmother kept ringing the bell over 25 times, 4 hours later at 3 am someone came in and finally put a clean brief on her and got her ready for bed. I am a nurse and after hearing this situation from my grandmother, I am extremely disappointed and upset with the staff and facility. I hope that after readying this review that you’ll do something in improving your service as well as your staffing. It’s horrible, and truly disappointing to me.

My father was at this rehab center and my mom constantly told me how amazing everyone that works here was, especially Sam and Matt. Both of them in particular were always so attentive and caring to our needs and they really made a positive difference on our stay. My mom thanks them a ton!
