So happy that we brought Miss Virginia to Best Pals in Edwardsville, IL! We have taken her several different places to only be disappointed! Best PALs is the best around! Highly recommend!!!

Best pals is the best! The owner is a delight, and you can tell she loves animals. She's very gentle on our cat, who is very wary around strangers, and he loves her. She trims the nails to perfection in legit 2 minutes, and the prices are perfect. The 3rd Pic is cheeto the cat in reference. Best dog place in Edwardsville, and there is a lot of great competition.

I am VERY HAPPY with the service provided. My dog is clean, well groomed, and smells great (not like chemicals). TARA was very sweet to my baby and did an amazing job. Facility is clean, customer service is great. I'm a happy customer and staying here!!

I took my extremely nervous schnauzer here and he was the most comfortable dog I had ever seen in my life! They were great with him! We asked for a funny haircut for his 13th birthday and they gave us exactly what we wanted hahah! EDIT: also took my corgi and they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!

Absolutely adore this place. Naomi and team do such an amazing job with my Golden Retriever. They do a great job of scheduling and once he is ready, I get a text message. My dog is always excited to see the staff which says a lot. The property and facilities are always super clean as well.
