My fault I had a bill for 150.00 and somehow it managed to slip by me .that is 100 percent my fault but for 150.00 they will not see my dog there after 18 yr and thousands of dollars later that I have paid them they turn there back to me as a customer. I guess there is no loyalty I am so sad by this they have been there thru some hard times 2 dogs with cancer and over 150.00 good bye do. It come back. . I offered to pay as soon as I talked to them .

I am SICKENED by the lack of emergency vet care in this town. And though I realize that this establishment doesn't bear all of the blame, I was shattered when I called them in desperation for emergency euthanasia for my FIV positive cat who was barely clinging to life, while suffering horrific seizures only to basically be told, "We've never seen him before, so we can't help you." N.O. W.O.R.D.S. for my rage and shock. Telling a desperate pet owner to take him 45 minutes away when he's near death is inexcusable. I will NEVER take ANY of my pets here after this experience. I wouldn't trust them with a pet roach after this!! Thank God for small town vets. Decatur is HORRIBLE. You are NO ONE'S best friend!!! SHAME on your insensitivity and lack of compassion!!!

Best Friend Vet Care had been a trusted provider of vet care for my dad’s dogs for years.

While my dad was in the hospital and rehab for a broken leg, the staff at Best Friend took care of his dog, Stretch, making sure he was healthy and happy the whole way.

If I lived in Decatur, I’d take my pets to Best Friend in a heartbeat.

They will lie about when ur appointment is when u called when specifically set it for the day after u were paid and be very disrespectful on the phone when u have been nothing but nice last time I was here with my dog they carried a dead dog on the stretcher right passed me and my child as well

I've taken both our fur kids here. One for a dental cleaning and another for a small mass removal that needed stitches and "the cone of shame" lol. Great service and the people are so nice and make sure you don't leave without answering any questions. Nice and small, it has not been crowded when ive gone in but i went to pick them up 2x before closing. Husband has gone in busier hours and he has no complaints. He loves taking the kids here.

This is the best Vetanarian around. Their staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor is the best around. We've been using this clinic for over 20 years. If you need good pet care go to Best Friends.

From my initial phone call to my first visit I was very impressed and felt welcomed .The staff is polite & knowledgeable and very professional.I would definitely recommend Best Friends Vet care to anyone living ok’ing for quality professional friendly vet care ?
