Our dog is such a nervous little guy and we always struggle to find a groomer for him! We moved back to the area after living out of state for some time and were SO thankful to find Bentley’s and specifically Melissa who always gives him such a great cut. She’s always so gentle with him and takes the time needed to make sure he doesn’t feel scared. And he always comes out looking and smelling perfect! All of the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. We would recommend Bentley’s to anyone looking for any pet products and especially anyone looking for wonderful grooming services!!

I can't believe I haven't written a review of Bentley's yet! We've been customers since the day they opened (previously going to their Crystal Lake location). They carry everything we're looking for, for both my dog and cat, from food, treats, toys, supplements, etc. The brands they carry are high quality and well priced, and the staff are fantastic! Everyone has been super helpful if we're looking for something new or have any questions. Bentley's is definitely our go-to for all of our pet needs!

Love grooming at Bentleys in Algonquin! My Golden Retriever always looks wonderful and I love that she is in and out quickly. Bonus is that I can buy her a treat for being a good girl before we leave! Entire staff at Bentleys Algonquin is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Bentley's staff was friendly courteous and professional! They did a very nice job on my three Scottish Terriers, they look so cute! They were treated very well and didn't seem stressed at all when I came to pick them up.

This store is wonderful! The personal are welcoming and helpful. The store has a nice variety of healthier dog food brands and treats.

When I have questions they listen and always point me in the right direction or give suggestions to check out.

This was the first time I visited. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. Hopefully what she recommended will help our new kitties to get along. I would rather spend a few extra $$ for this kind of personalized service. Thank you.

I've only been into this store a handful of times but now it's THE place I go to order my dog's food and I am NEVER disappointed by the staff. Kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Just always a great experience!!!
