I was very disappointed with the service. I have rented at this place a dozen times and this is the first time I had a bad experience. I reserved a room for baby shower and was told the tables were round. I paid an extra hour to have time to decorate. I get there to find out that the tables set up were square. The young lady at the desk said she didn’t know who reserved it but that room doesn’t have round table set up. By the time we found the right table cloths guests had already started arriving so it was not fully ready. I asked the young lady if I could stay a little longer for the inconvenience and she said yes and that she was going to notate it. The room we had looked dingy and the ceiling fans was not working. It was very hot in the room. So today they tried to charge me for the extra time so I called and Alyssa was rude and stated that she was keeping me deposit for the extra time even though the young lady said we could. I asked for a manager number she gave me an invalid email address so I don’t know who to contact!

Great place for various events. The spaces are accessible and clean.. Packing up is a breeze.

Just left here today 10/24 to cast my vote. Great experience and would have given 5 stars except for the one insulting male volunteer as I was leaving the voting area (835am) when I asked if there was a public restroom he said "the sign is right there." Uh sir, if I saw it, I wouldn't have asked. Plus I was in a rush. Other than that negative finish, rest of the volunteers were extremely welcoming!

When the school season came to a close, my wife and I scrambled to find a good program for my boy developing with autism. The All-Star camp program at the Ben Robertson Community Center is perfect. The staff all really care so much about the kids and work really hard to make sure they have a great experience. Thank you guys! You're the best!!!

Their gymnastics program/camp could be better really not a lot to do clean and clear space. Some of those counselors are rude to children.. Lori wasn't there didn't come until Wednesday Elizabeth to religious she mentioned not to attend cheerleading because its to sexual the other young lady Maddie was there a waste of space. Save time and money go somewhere else.

People were great hosting the event, Valentine's dance and activities were good, the dinners were much better when we attend years past.
