I was in Bellevue for approximately two months, I think. What other place can you go where they welcome your dog who loved visiting others more than me? The food was excellent, real food! Not barrel veggie and powdered eggs, but real food that they cooked to order! Nursing and tech staff were very supportive even when I couldn’t be and was going through my mental state. They just put up with me, and I’m grateful for that. They worked me hard in physical therapy and I really enjoyed it. I gained my strength back pretty quickly and was very satisfied with the results of why I was able to get home safely. It’s a stellar place and I would recommend it to anyone in need.

My mother was placed here for skilled care after hospital stay. The staff was unaware she had dementia. She was not treated as a patient with dementia. No help with tv remote and continued questions that she’d not know the answers. Her soiled panties were stacked up in a pile in the closet and the soiled bin, and never touched in a 17 day span. The financial office was to call me and never did. The nurses had no idea when and if she was bathed and bothered that I asked. We finally decided to get here out of there, and we did. It took them 4.5 hours to realize she was gone. She was left to lay in a dark room and no tv. She got depressed and was always in fetal position when we’d come visit. She then began an OCD/anxiety issue of picking her old age and sun spots off her skin. Horrific experience. Please do not take a loved one there.

I cannot put into words how wonderful Bellevue has been to our family. My dad has been there 3 times and not once have we had any issues. They have been wonderful to my dad and wonderful to our family. They have helped us with things we just don’t understand. Bri the case worker has helped all of us every step of the way. We would not hesitate bringing any family members here.

Everyone was extremely nice that I had interactions with. My friend, the patient was being well taken care of. I did have to clean his room a little but it wasn't a big deal. The most important thing to me was how friendly everyone was.

My mom and family like the atmosphere and friendly staff. It is a welcoming place where the client is able to work with the staff to be actively involved in their treatment. My mom enjoys her room, meals and helpful staff. Family like that we can visit 24/7 and bring our pets to visit.

I work here through an agency and I love it! The staff are amazing and anytime I work it's always team work. I get along with everyone and love the residents. I didn't think I would like working in a facility again especially since I've done private care most of the time but this one is a rare find.

Update: crazy how over the course of 2 yrs things took a drastic turn. The staff turnover is at an all time high because this place cares more about money then the care of the residents. I complained so much about how the residents were left when I came on shift that I just stopped complaining. Rooms are dirty and there's bed bugs. I was fired because I came to work and refused to work in the back with covid residents only because my husband and daughter have immune issues and was already made to work back there once and I ended up in the Er and now my husband is so sick he can't get out of bed. I was told to leave just to get a txt being terminated for leaving. Makes no sense at all. I will miss my residents and ppl I work with that's it. There's a lot more going on bt I definitely wouldn't send a dog there.

This was our second stay since September and what a difference those 6 months made. I could not believe the care my mother recieved this time around. They went from what I would have gave a 4.5 ☆ review facility to a facility with a 1☆ review. They have a few nurses/med techs that should be in front of the board of nursing and not caring for those in need. Administration talks a big game but there are no actions behind their words. Between the medication errors and verbal abuse concerns two of the staff members should have immediately been released from duty and turned into the board of nursing. Beware!
