Our dogs are always gorgeous when she grooms them. We never have to worry about those horrible stories you hear about their Doodle being shaved down without notice or communication and they get a shock when they pick their fur-baby. Heather is so great with communication, if one of my Doodles has even a very slight smelly ear she texts me to let me know. If one has a few mats in there tail or anywhere she texts me and lets me know. We appreciate Heather so much and have tons of respect for her knowledge and amazing skills as the best groomer! We feel so lucky to be one of her clients.

Her prices are reasonable and so convenient she comes right to your house. She is great with communication by texting us the day before to remind us of our appointment, giving us an approximate arrival time. The day of our grooming appointment she texts us her arrival time and when she is here.

Update for Sept 2024. Heather is truly a god send. I really mean this! She takes so much time listening to our wants/needs, gives us advice, and she loves up our dog like she herself was her guardian. My doggie is absolutely obsessed with her. If I say "Heather", my pup immediately runs to the window waiting for her arrival. What other groomer has that going for them?! Our dog is well taken care of in Heather's gentle hands, and now I just need the pup to get out of the window, waiting for her BFF to come back. Lol (Champagne problems) We love you Heather!!

We can't say enough about how awesome BellaSpaw is! My Cockapoo knows when Heather is coming, and she waits in the window for her arrival! My pup loves Heather, and she is actually excited to be groomed. Heather takes her time with Leia, and has given us advice, care tips, tools, etc to make sure we know how to take care of our beloved pup in between visits. Heather is amazing, and we are so happy and thankful we found her!

After providing a hefty groom rate of $140, then it was $140-180. We were reluctant with the varying prices but agreed to try them out. When we tried to schedule. The service, BelleSpaw, disregarded all communication, gues $180 was not enough for a 54lb golden/lab mix. Pretty sad, actually. I'm a local, so business would be year-round. If they treat people like this, I definitely don't want them touching my dog. Go elsewhere.

I have tried several different groomers in Bradenton with less than expected results. Heather with BellaSpaw is totally awesome. She is somewhat of a dog whisperer. She is so prompt, professional, understanding and compassionate. She listens to what you are having difficulty with and what your ultimate goal is. She is simply a delight to work with. Finnegan looks amazing. I will never use anyone other than her and I will recommend her to everyone I know with a 4 legged baby. Heather is an amazing groomer! She has been grooming my 12 year old Maltese for several months now..he has never looked better! She is professional and well organized and shows obvious affection and caring for her four legged clients. My dog has always been super stressed out on car trips to any groomer. Now I don't have to drive him anywhere, wait sometimes for hours and then drive to pick him up...priceless! And best of all, he actually gets excited when he sees Heather's van coming down the street. I obviously highly recommend her!

Heather and her coworker did an amazing grooming job on our two Goldens. They handled both of them with such care. One is just a year old and had never been groomed before.
