Always take the best possible care of my fur babies! Send me emails and text updates about upcoming vaccinations, their lab results, anything they need. They never push my dogs beyond what they’re comfortable with. Always would recommend to anyone looking for a vet in the area. My dogs r so comfortable there they usually nap in the exam room?

I've consistently had excellent experiences here! Dr. DeWitt treats my dogs with such care and compassion, as if they were her own. Especially when handling my dog that is a bit more anxious and nervous. The staff is always friendly and efficient. From scheduling appointments to the actual visit, everything is very smooth. I also appreciate their honest, upfront pricing, which adds to the overall positive experience. Every visit reaffirms the reason I trust bringing my furry family members here! I highly recommend!

The vets and support staff at Bear Creek are great to work with. We have 4 dogs including 3 senior dogs, so we see them a lot! Several of their staff own standard poodles (we have three) and understand their specific issues.
From the moment you arrive, their staff always greets us and our pets and you feel at home.

We recently had to put our beloved 15 year old Red Bone Hound/Labrador mix, Hazel, to "sleep." Always a heart wrenching experience, to say a final goodbye to a family member! Bear Creek Veterinary Care's staff and physician made it as sweet as they could. They gave her cheez-whiz and whipped cream to distract her from the IV insertion. After not eating for a few days, she was able to eat that up. They gave us all the time we needed, after working us in on a busy Monday schedule. I highly recommend them for any and all of your pet's needs. Thank you ALL at Bear Creek Veterinary Care for your compassion towards us and helping our sweet Hazel gently exit her painful body. The ashes and paw print were a comfort when we received them 5 days later. ❤️

Everyone—from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors—has been so helpful and informative as we traverse the process of removing a mass from our cat’s tail, requiring amputation. The cost ended up being less than estimated (yay!) and every step of the process, both in and out of the hospital, was thoroughly explained and addressed. All staff are friendly, informative, and sensitive—lovely people. Thank you to everyone who we worked with! 10/10 recommend this hospital.

Melissa was the most comforting vet tech I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. I was absolutely manic for 2 days when my dog Moose was under the weather. She let me be the crazy dog owner I needed to be and reassured me they would take great care of him, and they did. Thank you so much to the vet staff. I come monthly for Moose’s librella shot, but never had to deal with an emergency until now and I am so thankful I chose this vet. I’ll see you guys next month under better circumstances!
