The team treated my pet Maggie S. with great gentleness and care, and Dr. Christian was incredible. He spent extra time listening to my concerns and answering my questions with very informative answers. As a pet owner and science-interested person, I appreciated this very much. And a big shout-out to the wonderful RVT who checked us into the room. She was patient, kind, very professional and very thorough, which was exemplary in my experience. Also, she remained in the room as the transcriber as Dr Christian did his initial exam so that he could do what he does best. I'm very grateful for Bayside.

My last visit I waited 45 mins before seeing the vet with nobody telling me they’d be delayed or even acknowledging that I had waited so long. Recently feeling like they are trying to oversell various approaches to charge more instead of taking care of my pup. After over 5 yrs there I’m making a change.

We were passing through Sacramento when our cat started acting sick. They were the only ones that would see us as a new patient within a day of calling. The vet and other staff were so nice and caring. They really seemed to know their stuff. They gave us great advice and gave us meds for our baby. Highly recommend

We have been going to Bayside for over 10 years. I love this vet! They’re always very kind and not overly sales. I’ve never felt like they try to push any service on me. When we lost two different dogs. They were beyond kind.

I am extremely disappointed with the services at Bayside Animal Hospital. They consistently over-treat pets, which not only stresses the animals but also inflates the bills unnecessarily. My recent experience with medication refills for my dog was a nightmare. I spoke with the doctor, the manager, and two different technicians, and each one provided a different story. It was evident that they don’t know what they are doing, and their confusion only serves to confuse pet owners as well. This lack of coordination and competence is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their pet's well-being.

From their friendly front staff, to their helpful technicians, and finally their knowledgeable doctors, I am so happy I came here. Having came from a 7 year career in the veterinary industry, my standards are pretty darn high. Bayside does not disappoint. Thank you again for taking care of our sweet Enzo!

As someone who has Rottweilers it’s hard to find a vet office that can handle the breed. I always feel like my Rotties are being loved on and played with when they are visiting. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating with drop off and pick up times for surgeries. Making appointments is easy and their reminder system is fantastic. They have provided excellent care and have always been on top of things. Whenever I ask for something to be completed, it is always taken care of. I live 45 minutes away and drive by countless veterinarian hospital options to come here and will continue to do so!

Dr Christiansen and Dr Hansen are two of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They are so soft and gentle with my Squish and the staff here are so personal and genuinely care. I will not take my pets anywhere else.
