We were greeted with Happy faces upon entering the veterinarian office. Was in to see the doctor within minutes. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. My pet was treated gently and professionally. The billing and exit went smooth and quickly. I have been a client for 30 years and we have had many pets treated at this veterinary clinic.

I was able to get an appointment within an hour which was great for my Yorkie and such a relief to me. She was seen and thoroughly checked for her vomiting issue. The dr. provided her with everything she needed and did everything she could to help my doggie. When we left I felt confident that my doggie was going to be ok (and she was). So happy Bay Cities was there!

We had to put our Teddie Bear to sleep a couple of days before Christmas. I was a mess. The Dr I could not tell if he said Dr. Mitchell or Dr. Mitsell. He was very kind and reassuring. The staff there was all nice too! I was feeling very bad and they helped me through the rough time. I know different people get along differently but they made it as great an experience as it could be- for euthanasia.

I had chosen to cremate Teddie Bear and her ashes came back in an adorable little box with a little lock and a plaque with her name engraved on it. That was such a hard time for me and the staff was so loving. I won't forget it.

I love the doctor's here! They're always so patient, detailed and caring. I take all my fur children here... We are all happy with their care. There's no appointments. It's first come, first serve. You will have to wait a bit but their pricing is reasonable and the care is great!

Great quality caring service. Unfortunately you need to be prepared for a unreasonably long wait. Sitting there for almost an hour when your family pet is in pain and suffering takes away from the otherwise good service. The lobby gets VERY full with multiple pets since everyone is waiting so long, which can also stress your pet out. Having said that, we were very happy with the care our seriously ill pet received.

My family and I have been going to this location for 37 years. I always recommended this vet to all my friends. The last few years this place has become horrible to go to. I stopped going to them. That should tell you something, here a loyal customer of 37 years stops going. I’m not alone from reading other reviews, something is wrong with your business. They will not even let you go into the exam room with your pet. They called me from the lobby and I can hear the vet through the door talking to me, pretty sad. As a business owner myself, I take all of these reviews to heart. Bay Cities you are losing loyal customers of years to bad business and poor customer services.
