This my first time owning a doodle and so have never had to go to a groomer. I had no idea what length to do or what to expect for my 7mo old puppy. They spent a lot of time asking about Bruce when I called to make the appt and more time talking me through what was best for him when I brought him in. They did such an AMAZING job dealing with all the puppy energy and getting him shaved down for the summer. Just the paws alone had to have been a lot to handle. He was happy and I am happy to not be dealing with a hot, long haired doodle! He looks gorgeous and I can’t believe it’s the same dog! I highly recommend Bad to the Bone!!

What a wonderful experience! I walked in, mistaking this for another groomer and when trying to see if they could possibly fit Peaches in, she escaped, running across highway 75. Melissa automatically ran across trying to protect Peaches who was eventually found near the cemetery and Knob Hill. Melissa then brought her back and she was groomed beautifully. What a wonderful salon

My dog Rudy loves Bad to the Bone as do I. They do a great job of introducing puppies to the grooming world. He always is returned just the way we discussed and tail wagging.

Be very cautious of her. Less than a year, her prices doubled. $600 to groom two dogs. And couldn’t even call me back to set up an appointment. Preferred to communicate through text messages. Clearly doesn’t care about her customers or trying to work with locals. When I brought up her severe price gouging, she then decided to make up lies about my dogs. Like her employees weren’t safe. If you don’t care about customer service or your dogs, definitely a book an appointment with this one!

They took very good care of my mini Aussie and he looks amazing and feels even better. Now I won’t have to worry about burrs getting stuck in him and he will feel much better in the hot summer heat. It’s very obvious that they care a lot about the dogs and try to make it as stress free as possible. Definitely will be back! Thank you!

This place is special! They check everything - even caught an ear infection on my Aussie (!!). She looks gorgeous after they work on her and she's not anxious, like she was in other places. There's no doubt that they truly care.

Malaunie, Melissa, and the entire crew are so kind, patient, and professional. They clearly love dogs and helped my super-silly doodle puppy adjust to being groomed—she loves going in for a bath or haircut, and she always comes out looking and smelling perfect. I highly recommend Bad to the Bone!
