Me and my husband took our new puppy Karma to Matt and he was the best with her even though she was freaking out and all over the place. He took his time and calmed her down and talked with her the entire time. Our puppies first experience with a bath and groom was the best because of him. Thanks again Matt your the Best.

Matt took such good care of my Baby girl it was her first grooming and first bath ever and she was freaking out. Matt was perfect with her the whole time keeping her calm and talking with her. He will be my dog groomer from here on out. Thanks Matt your the best.

Matt is by far the best groomer in eagle valley. I heard about him at the dog park from a woman with a beautifully groomed golden doodle. Now I work close to his business and I love watching dogs walk by looking like mangy muts to then walk by again looking like designer pooches. I recommend everyone goes to Matt if they want the best service in the valley.

I took my Pomerania to this salon when it was Foxy Hound and the owner trimmed my dog perfect. I brought my Lola back in yesterday and met the new owner Matt. For reference my dog has been professionally groomed every 6-8 weeks in Dallas and has NEVER been matted. I told Matt to trim her shorter but emphasized I did not want her shaved, especially into a lion cut. But I knew her fur was going to be shorter for summer. When I picked her up he had shaved her down to her skin including most of her beautiful Pom Pom tail. I was speechless and that turned to being furious. He said she was matted and it was all he could do. I know for a fact that she was not and this was the quickest , easiest way to just shave her down. He should have called me and asked if I would approve of her being shaved this short. Now I had to go out and buy a sun shirt for her so she does not get sunburned. In addition she now has a 50/50 chance of her fur growing back abnormal. She is a beautiful blonde Pom and now she looks like a rat. Do not, do not bring your dog here for grooming! You will be disappointed. Before and after photos available upon request.

Horrible Customer Service, would avoid if you Value your time and Money. MATT is the guy who never answers the phone and takes two weeks for a call back. When he calls you back, and finds out your name, is when he makes off cuff decisions weather or not he wants to groom said dog, also he can't manage any dog over 50lbs , even a sweet eight year old Golden retriever, Complete incompetence ?

I would give him zero stars if I could. I booked and appointment with him 4 weeks ago and he told me the day he could so I maid it work just Because my dogs needed it its getting to hot. My sister took them in and he forgot to put them on his Callander so turned her away because he forgot and wouldn't rebook or help just told her to wait another 5 weeks to be seen and walked away its shouldn't be out fault that you messed up and you should be more helpful since it was your mistake not ours we will never go back and I recommend to every one to go some where else the last groomer was amazing super kind and lovely but this new guy Matt is just incompetent and not helpful at all. Go anywhere else.

If I could give a zero star I would. Worst Groomer Ever. The new Owner, Matt, completely shaved my dog down to his pink skin. Never, ever have I had anyone do this to my dog. The Owner was rude and didn't care what I thought of him. My poor dog had to wear shirts so his skin wouldn't burn.

I have owned dogs for 40 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. This man just took a razor and went up and down both of my dogs. There was no grooming just shaved. I called him back and all he could say was, "to bad don't bring them back if you don't like it". I hope he goes under because you can't do that to people and not go out of business.
