A coworker recommended I go to this store after our new 3 month old golden retriever has been having diarrhea. We just left the shop and this was the BEST experience at a pet store we have ever have. Great quality, great prices, and everyone is willing to help to the best of their knowledge. This is now our forever pet shop. A little out of the way from us but totally worth it.

I was the customer being helped when the incident mentioned in the previous review occurred, and I feel it’s important to share my perspective. The employee was in the middle of explaining how to use the test I had just purchased for my dog when Ashley interrupted our conversation about my dogs health issues.
The employee responded to her question about the price, and from there, Ashley became incredibly rude, making comments about how we were “just chatting” and that she wasn’t acknowledged when she entered the store.

For context, there was a line of customers waiting to be checked out, and I had patiently waited for my turn while browsing the aisles. I shop at this store at least three times a week, and in all my visits, I have never seen the staff be rude to anyone.
On the contrary, I always look forward to visiting with my dog because the team is welcoming, friendly, and beyond helpful.

Ashley’s behavior quickly escalated, and she continued to berate the employee in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable. The employee asked her to leave the store after several rude comments, but Ashley refused and continued to badger her. The situation became so hostile that the employee rightfully called the police. At this point, Ashley’s language became aggressive, and the insults and profanities directed at the employee were nothing short of appalling.

Her review does not reflect my experience, nor the experience of other customers I know. Spending $20 or any amount of money on cat or dog food each week doesn’t entitle anyone to mistreat hardworking employees. Most of us spend hundreds of dollars weekly and would never expect the staff to drop what they’re doing to check us out before helping other customers.

Lastly, the fact that Ashley expected the store to replace her frozen food because her fridge died says a lot about her unreasonable expectations.

This local business cares about its customers and their pets, and always provides top-notch service, which is why I will continue to support them.

I normally do not write reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience here. I brought in my new 9-week old puppy and the owner helped me out finding somethings Winston would like. He got this collagen bone that he absolutely loves and keeps him busy while I work! I would def recommend this place, such a friendly and helpful atmosphere!

Are you kidding me? This place is AWESOME!! It’s right by our house and I had no idea it was there. We lost our 13yr old Eden, to a brain tumor and after 8 months we decided it was time for a new Kitty. I am now convinced the food that we fed Eden contributed to her health issues (IBD also) so I did a deep dive into cat foods and learned so much about how bad some of the brands are. This place has EVERY one of the hard to find, high end, high quality ingredient foods AND they’re cheaper than the “best” stuff that petsmart stocks. I mean the food looks human grade lol, actual sardines actual shrimp actual real ingredients with minimal processing and preservatives. RAWS, ziwi, Orijen, Weruva and wayyyy more! A huge wall of individual cans to try. I am so impressed and the staff is so nice. I really can’t thank them enough for bringing all these brands in, I am sure it’s a challenge! Skip the big box, terrible foods and just go here! Our other older kitty Nimbus is loving all the new types of canned foods and our newest from the shelter Sky, is being spoiled rotten.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would! This little pet store is a GEM?! Their frozen food products are some of the best that I've ever seen. My girl, Gracie, absolutely LOVES shopping there...as soon as we walk in she heads straight to the toy room. LOL and then she heads up front to get spoiled with treats! All of the employees there are truly wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and love animals. ? I love their frozen food selection - please take the time to peruse, I can guarantee you will find something that you didn't know your baby needed! Truly, one of my favorite stores ever.

All I can say is I wish I were my dog! They carry the very best quality and fantastic foods and supplements. The people working at the store are absolutely the best people in the world, so friendly and even loving!
