I loved my time at Ascendant. The patients are really engaged and it is a wonderful community atmosphere. I get the sense that all the staff really enjoy working there - they are friendly and have good senses of humor, and at the same time they will challenge you and help you learn a lot about yourself.

It's the only place where I've seen people arrive ahead of time to relax and catch up with each other. There is a great Alumni network - it's not uncommon to see 20-30 people drop in on any given Tuesday night to stay connected with fellow alums and the staff. I feel very lucky that I found Ascendant.

Coming to Ascendant was the greatest gift I have received for my sobriety. The people here truly provide a safe atmosphere. I have been provided with endless community along with a trust for others beyond what I could have ever imagined. Ascendant IOP was a fantastic follow up to the life changing experience at their Inpatient facility. The staff and counselors are compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive. The groups are well run, and they foster camaraderie among the clients. I have met some really wonderful people who I plan on staying in touch with so we can support each other’s journey. I highly recommend Ascendant!!

Ascendant has an excellent IOP program. The staff are extremely compassionate, a very important skill on the road to recovery. From the group discussions to the 1:1 sessions, they knew how to create the space so that I could express myself without pushing anything onto me. I don’t recommend addiction, but if you’re looking for sobriety this is the place to go.

My time at Ascendant was transcendent. The staff there are amazing and Mackenzie is the absolute best at effectively communicating and helping me with my needs. Very productive group exercises and different enjoyable therapies are put into place that really halo with my own recovery journey. Meredith is always reaching out to make sure all is well, which is extremely kind. My therapist during my time at the IOP, Caitlin, was incredible, listening to me authentically and giving me effective advice in moving forward.
