Took my kitty in last night because she had some abnormal discharge. I came in a little early in the night before some other clinics closed -- so it wasn't very busy when I came in and she was seen quickly.

All the staff were so nice and Dr. Harrison took the time to explain what the issue was and what my options were. I decided to go ahead and get her surgery completed there and picked her up this morning.

While they are expensive, they have to charge more to keep things running 24/7. Blood work cost around what my regular vet charges as well.

Was glad to get things taken care of here so she didn't keep suffering. So thankful to all the staff!

Might be rated okay I guess but I drove all the way over here from Conway at 5:00am for an emergency. My puppy has been vomiting for 7 hours white foam; I’m praying it’s not bloating turns out when I got here the clinic is closed when I thought this was a 24 hour emergency veterinary. I even called several times before arriving but I don’t know what’s going on then.
There are vehicles here but I don’t see anyone.

My puppy is doing a little better but I’m still worried. For his health. I just hope he’s better.

Brought my mom‘s dog down because we had an issue with another place. They took her back and did a work up. Took a little while to get it done but I guess that’s understandable. Sometimes that things take time so I left to go get a bite to eat when I got back I had a chat with the doctor and unfortunately, he gave me some bad news really good place very professional. I would highly recommend this. They took care of everything for my mom’s dog, which was excellent.

I brought my dog Charlie in on Sunday July 21st after her 3rd pancreatitis attack within a month. She was 14 years old and I knew it was time but you always question it. She was just so sick. They were so incredibly reassuring and they let us take our time to say our good byes. They were all incredibly patient and sweet. No one ever wants to go through this experience of saying goodbye to a pet but I couldn't have asked for better people to make the experience less traumatizing. My heart is shattered into a million pieces and I will be grieving for a very long time but knowing that the experience of saying good bye was done in such a wonderful environment and around such caring people does make it less awful. They went through the process of cremation with me and guided me through the forms. I am forever grateful for them all.

We had to bring our cat, Baron, in a few weeks ago when he wasn't acting like himself. It turned out that he needed to have surgery to remove an obstruction. Throughout the entire process, the vets and vet techs were very kind and made sure to explain in detail what options we had and what the pros and cons of each option would be. Despite this being surgery (and at an emergency clinic no less), the cost was very reasonable all things considered and, most importantly, our kitty was perfectly fine. Two weeks later and he's made a full recovery. We're very thankful for what this wonderful team did for us and our sweet boy.

I’m concerned that the cost of what was a possible surgery has changed pricing from $4,000 to $6,000 to now possibly $10,000. At this point my dog needs surgery for a swallowed ankle sock but the way this pricing is presented is insane! They’ve got my back against the wall and their price continues to escalate for the exact same procedure. I’m anxious to find out who all have experienced something like this w/ these folks.

I’ll keep you posted how this shakes out.
