First time coming here with our dog. They had a wonderful staff, very helpful. The vet was very friendly and caring, took time to show us how to care for our baby’s issues, answered all our questions and gave us further helpful information as well as wanting a follow up appt.

We have been taking our pets here since they opened. Dr. Smith is so kind and sweet. She really cares about our pets and is passionate about their welfare. I cannot recommend Ark enough if you are looking for a professional setting with a family-like atmosphere.

I moved to this area a year a half ago and was worried about finding a vet who would continue caring for my pets as our previous vet had in Atlanta. I have been impressed with the level of care and concern Ark Animal Hospital has offered. I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved kitty, Gabbiano (Gabby) and I couldn't have been more pleased with the comfort and care they offered during the experience. I even received a card with thoughtful, handwritten notes signed by everyone. It certainly warmed my heart. I will continue to trust Ark with my other kitty, Bob (and any future fur babies).

Have a new puppy, a cute lil Dachshund. Of course we took him to Ark animal vets. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else. 😊

Love Ark Animal Hosp. and even though they are higher than what I am use too we really love this place. We doctored our dog Maisy with another vet for ear infections for too long, and finally went here to Dr. Mueller. Maisy is a very happy girl now and so are we.
We have taken our two kittens here recently and always feel confident with the outstanding vet service. Everyone at Ark animal hospital are very nice and knowledgeable of what they are doing.

Update:
Again Ark Animal Vet service is a wonderful and trustworthy place to take your pets too. They are amazing. Genuinely caring of your pets and they make sure you know and understand the care of your pets. Since I found them our pets do not go anywhere else.

Just took our cat winnie in because I thought she may have an ear infection. She doesn’t, but there was a lot of gunk in there. We really love Dr. Mueller she is extremely personable and very very knowledgeable. She gave us eardrops to be on the safe side though because it might be an early start to an infection

Brought Winnie back in just to make sure her ear is doing ok. Ark animal hospital always exceeds my expectations. They are not only the best I have gone to but most likely the best in our area. I really like that they are very personal.

Staff very friendly, as well as the doctor.Facilities were clean as well. Made appointment with Ark Animal because my regular vet couldn’t see my cat on the day I called. My cat wasn’t putting weight on his hind paw. I only gave 4 star bc prices are a bit higher than what I pay at my normal vet, but I guess this is to be expected on short notice.

ARK and Dr. Sarah Smith are amazing. They are extremely caring and compassionate with my pet. Dr. Smith listens and addresses all my personal concerns and is very reassuring. I am extremely pleased with the care I receive.

I took my newly adopted kitten to Ark today for her initial appointment to start finishing up all of her kitten medical care and everyone there was so kind and great with my sweet Dolly! They were very informative and attentive and thoroughly checked her out and gave me everything I needed when I left. She's my first pet and they took excellent care of her and I will definitely keep going to Ark for my cat's care.
