I purchased a new tank for kids. I had a not so great experience at another local store. However since I entered the store Linden was very welcoming answered all my questions without making my self or kids feel intimidated. Needless to say I will definitely return . My kids most of all told me "he was very nice not like the other store". Thank you Linden!

The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me great advice for my aquarium.
They had a beautiful selection of fish that all looked happy and healthy.
The most impressive part is that they took in large goldfish rescued from a pond. That shows me that this place actually cares about the animals and has good ethical values.
Many big chain pet stores only care about selling the animals but don't care about them after. They won't rescue fish.

This is actually my favorite place to visit in Westlake Village. I cant not visit and see all the cool fish, and beautiful birds, and of course, who can’t forget Fluffy? They staff is always awesome there, and their new manager is really great. The Owner is so nice, and really loves what he does. Fluffy brings so much love to my hometown ?
Fluffy really feels like a friend, thank you Aquatic Zoo Tropical Fish for bringing him to my growing community.

Also, sometimes I like to grab a mushroom tea late from the tea place across the street, and make it a whole event.

This place is amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly patient and willing to answer any questions I had (there were a ton.) They have a great variety of healthy and beautiful fish and always a pleasure to do business with.

A friend gave me a small 15 gallon aquarium. It had all but one part.
I called and (I'm terrible with names), but a nice young guy answered the phone and I explained to him my story. I had a few gold fish when I was a child.
Long story short, I took my little aquarium in, he filled it to make sure no leaks, sold me a nice setup for the inside, and I bought three exotic fish to start with. He suggested I wait a week to acclimate the tank, then add some more. I wanted to set it up that day, I'm spontaneous and didn't want to wait. He sold me 15 gallons of already treated water so I could set it up that day and even let me borrow his jugs for the day.
Looking forward to getting more fish this week. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I had an algea problem in a pond that I have been fighting for years. This place was recommended. I won't put chemicals in it because of the birds and bees. They recommended a product that was natural and wildlife friendly. It worked and has saved me so much work. I wish I had found this place a long time ago.

I visited Aquatic Zoo with the intention of browsing their selection of saltwater fish. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had an impressive variety of fish and an exceptionally well-designed aquarium setup. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, particularly Ken, who provided me with expert guidance in selecting the appropriate fish for my needs. I highly recommend Aquatic Zoo to anyone interested in saltwater fish, fresh water and even birds.
