The best thing about Animal Wellness is it’s calm environment, like most animals mine is nervous, this helps a lot!

I have never written a review, but I feel this one is necessary.
AWC was my preferred Vet for years for all my furry companions. The recent changes however are not for the better.
The Vet for the felines (which is new) is only part time and does not understand voice mail. Don't call me to say you missed me. Leave whatever you have to say on the voice mail. I paid for pricey lab work and do not get the curtesy of an explanation. The solution for the staff was to send me the lab results (after I repeatedly asked for them) with no follow up call from the Vet. I tried 3 times to get a hold of the Vet. I also take issue with the new staff. A new hire apparently does not understand basic politeness to customers. Brash is probably the best way to describe her. Needless to say, I took my friends to another Vet.

We love AWC!! They have the most helpful and friendly staff and take such great care of our dog. They answer all of our questions, give us follow-up calls to see how our dog is doing and are just all around All-Stars. You can tell they really love animals and care about every pet that walks through the door. I recommend them to all our family and friends with pets - you are in great care with this staff!

Thanks to Monee Animal Wellness Center for the outstanding professional services given to our fur baby, Kia. Each visit, the Dr. and staff showed sincere concerns and care for Kia, receiving follow up calls regarding his health. But, unfortunately yesterday they showed compassion during Kia’s transition toward the rainbow bridge!
