We have a reactive dog and the staff is so caring and friendly. They ensured we got through the lobby to a room w/o incident of other patients in the lobby. Very clean office. We appreciate that they provide a detail printout of "suggested" additional treatments with $ but with no pressure.
Highly recommend AMC of Surprise.

Super clean Place, very friendly people with absolutely wide knowledge.
Dr Allen and the Team doing a very good job. They always give 100% in what they doing and making sure we are okay with the treatments for our pets.
We trusting this VET with our Pets 110%.

A little on the pricey side but they truly care about ur pets! They are my go to vet for my baby!
Also make sure to see what all they charge you for! Sometimes they try to add extras on but just nicely decline! Don’t be afraid to tell them you don’t want a service! Tell them you have a budget and would like to stay as close as possible, I got my bill from $400-$500 down to $160
But again I love this vet and will continue to take my baby here!

I was overly impressed with the service I received ! From the person I made my appointment with, to the veterinarian, to the assistant, to the front desk they were amazing!! You can just tell when you walk in that everyone loves their job and loves taking care of their customers and animals. I have never left a vet and felt so comfortable with the service my pup received. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring!

To follow up, that is a very nice response but my wife has called twice and we even brought honey in today for post op bleeding. Not one word was said to us to discuss the poor care or poor communication that we experienced. You asked for the opportunity to make it right but have done nothing to attempt to make it right. The response sounded great but was hallow with no follow through.

I will be very specific with this review and my disappointment of the communication and the care our gold retriever received today. My wife and I had well educated ourselves on what was going on so no issues with diagnosis or the treatment.

My issues started when I received my estimated cost. The cost was 3400 dollars. I agreed to this and paid 1500 down about 4 minutes after I received the estimate. My wife returned 8 hours later and the bill was now 3900 dollars. My wife confused but the staff said I signed for it. My wife was also upset that our golden retriever honey was covered and smelled so bad of urine that the car smells of urine and we had to hand bath her at home. We were charged 250 dollar for nursing care too.

I returned to the clinic to discuss this and asked for my estimated bill I signed for in the office. The bill was for 3400 dollars. I asked why the 500 dollar up charge. They were not able to tell me right away why and studied bill for about 10 min and realized that they did not put the triage in and testing. I’ve never gone to a vet and had numerous estimates for one visit. Also no apology or restitution was given for giving a dog back soaked in urine that can’t have a bath for 10 days.

They get one star for poor communication and poor care. I don’t have the energy to discuss bleeding from the surgical site either from poor sutures. Or that they don’t even put the cone on her they charged me 40 dollars for. Piss poor vet clinic in my opinion.

The front desk area is always great! I love the attentiveness. They all seem to remember my preferences & little things about Charles. It’s stressful enough going to the vet but they make it easy.
