Quiero darles mi más profundo agradecimiento. Primero por abrir un día (Domingo) que por lo regular las veterinarias se encuentran cerradas y que aparte sin cita no te reciben, pero el.dia de hoy Domingo y sin cita me atendieron mi urgencia de mi querida mascota. Tristemente con dolor en mi corazon tuve que optar por dormir a mi mascota, pero el personal mostró mucha empatia y fueron muy amables conmigo.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We were traveling and brought our sick Ellie to them on a Friday night. Our dog had developed a huge lump on her throat in 24 hours and was extremely weak. This place WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR HER! NOTHING but send us home telling us to make an appointment with our regular vet. Saturday was spent on the phone trying to get her into a vet. Finally, 4Paws said to bring her in Sunday morning. By then, Ellie couldn't walk, wasn't eating or drinking. 4Paws did emergency surgery on her neck. The lump was now the size of a softball. It was an infection. They had her on an IV with antibiotics. 4Paws made a call to VTA on Harris rd. and took Ellie in, but it was too late, Ellie died. If this place had treated her and drained the pus and started her on antibiotics right then, Ellie would still be here. We will NEVER take another pet to this place ever again! That's not my opinion, that's the opinion of the vets that treated her.

On July 6th, my family and I were traveling through the valley from SoCal when my English bulldog suffered a heat stroke. This urgent care clinic was the closest to our location. When we arrived, the staff saw us on camera getting our dog out of the car, and they came running to help. He was on the table with and had machines hooked up to him in minutes. Dr Ratliff and Laura were absolutely amazing! They were so patient and extremely professional. There was no hesitation on saving our dog. I owe this clinic everything! There is no doubt in my mind that they saved our dog. Words can't truly express how grateful my family is for everything you did for Phoenix. Thank you so much!

Do not bring your animal here. If you can avoid it. This is a colossal waste of time. The doctors are ridiculously unprofessional. They swore at me. I arrived at about 3:30 p.m., and they made me wait until 9:00 before seeing my animal. Everyone in the waiting room was a walk-in. And everybody got seen before my animal. It was $189 to sit in their lobby. They make you feel guilty about not being able to pay the price they want. My dog has a sore muscle and they wanted $900 for x-rays and blood work. No thank you. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT COME HERE... if you can avoid it.

Doctors and staff were very accommodating and thorough. I was turned away from numerous facilities unfortunately due to too many other traumas. We walked in and my dog was taken back immediately due to the severity of his physical state. Thankful doctors took every initiative and saved my Pepe. Very grateful!

We have used this place 4 times in the last few years. Wait times can be long because they have to prioritize emergencies based on seriousness/time sensitivity. We are blessed to have these people available to do these jobs and could use more people who can do this because they are always super busy.
