I cannot say enough good things about the emergency animal hospital that has taken care of our beloved dog Storm over the years. From minor issues to more serious emergencies, they have always been there for us and our furry family member. The staff is kind, compassionate, and always quick to respond in times of need.

When our dog passed away, they were incredibly supportive and helped us navigate through the difficult process with grace and understanding. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were okay during that heartbreaking time. We miss her so much.

Now, we have a new puppy and they have been just as amazing with her. The care and attention they provide is top-notch, and we feel confident knowing that she is in good hands with this exceptional team.

I highly recommend this emergency animal hospital to anyone in need of quality care for their beloved pets. They have truly been a blessing to our family and we are so grateful for all they have done for us over the years. Thank you for everything.

I took my dog here for vomiting and a bloated stomach. It was the weekend my vet was closed. They did a cray, gave him fluids a shot and sent him home. He went to my regular vet who also gave him some medication. Fast forward he hasn’t eaten or pooped. Tonight there was blood coming out of his nose. I called here because it’s an EMERGENCY when a dog is shaking wont eat and has blood coming from his nose. I was cut off repeatedly when I was explaining what was going on. I told them my dog is in pain. The woman read his chart from when he originally went there. Then, without even speaking to the doctor she decided to tell me that the EMERGENCY clinic won’t see him because it’s not life threatening. I’m furious. My dog is in severe pain. And has blood coming from his nose. That IS life threatening. Zero compassion. They were quick to take my almost $500 when I was there originally. Clearly something was missed by both them and my regular vet. And now neither of them will treat him. Disgraceful!!!

This is Cloud, the youngest cat I had. Monday, February 5th 2024 I went to get McDonald’s after a long day of work, a few minutes away from my house and when I came back he was unresponsive. I called this place as it was the only thing open at 8:00pm and I tried to tell them the major details. The lady only cared about money and kept wanting me to bring him there. I live in Davenport on locust by the fair grounds. I told her there was no way for me to get there as my mom was at work and I didn’t have enough money to bring him there, my mom wouldn’t have gotten off till 11:00 pm that night and wouldn’t have gotten home till 11:30-ish. The lady only cared about the money and to bring him there. She would not tell me what to do and he ended up passing away that night. I will never come here again as their management sucks. I do not recommend and if I would I would give negative starts. I miss my little boy so much and I still can’t bring myself to pick up his ashes a year later.

This group of girls was nothing but stupendous! My puppy needed some help so they told me to bring him in. They were super friendly, quick (there is a sign of priorities like an emergency room and we lucked out with not having any one else there needing more ugent care) but these girls from the second we walked in the door were super friendly , helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! I hope non of my pups have to have an emergency again but if they do...I'd give them a call in a heart beat!

Took my dog in at 3:00 in the morning. The attendants there were super nice and immediately started the process of taking care of his needs He stayed for a few hours and then was transferred to his veterinary clinic to be watched and attended to. He got into some semi sweet chocolate chips very toxic to dogs. I took quick action and took him to emergency in Bettendorf on state street.

Everyone I encountered here was amazing and compassionate. Dr. Hughes was very thorough and explained everything. I wish there were more veterinarians like her. Thanks for taking excellent care of my rabbit! Would definitely bring my rabbits here in another emergency situation.

Our boxer was in tonight after she got a near 3 inch stick stuck in her heel. We tried to pull it out at home and were unsuccessful. Once at the emergency vet they were able to pull it out in a few minutes. Lilly is feeling much better and is pain free. Staff were so kind and caring. Thank you again!!!
