Our Miniature American Shepherds gave us a scare by ingesting Ibuprofen. After speaking to poison control we were instructed to take them to the AESC of Northwest Ark. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff and they immediately took the girls and got started with their treatment. I am so blessed to have them taking care of my girls. I explained to the stay were Show Dogs and had a big show to go to the following week. The staff did a wonderful job with my girls making them feel safe and comfortable. During the 48 stay, I did visit once and they girls had NO problem leaving me and returning with the staff. I knew then they were being taken care of! They were released on a Tuesday, and attended a 4 day show on Thursday which was a huge success. Mom, Kiki Dee earned her Grand Championship after winning Best of Breed 3 days in a row for a total of 3 - 5 pt majors. Kate, her daughter earning Best of Winners which pushed her to her Championship and was moved up to show with her mom in the big girl class. (I could NOT be more grateful for the staff for treating my girl for a TOXIC overdose.) Thank you to Dr. Rushing, and the other Doctors involved and all the staff, they are WONDERFUL!

Excellent staff. Excellent people. Horrible company. If you do not have the money, they will not treat your pet.” They have financing and link you to grants and try speech—“enough is enough. Shame on you for allowing the most vulnerable common citizens have to take pets home to die due to corporate greed. “I have to go where the money goes”- staff member that is allowing a paycheck to override ethics. Shame on this company and people that fall victim to this sick way of thinking. Idon’t know how this company sleeps at night.

The new building is nice and pretty much everyone working there seems to do good work. They prioritize their cases, so that's a mixed bag depending on what your pet needs.

I also wanted to leave a review so I could leave a pic of my dog Pete. He lived a long and full life of 14 years with lots of adventures, time with doggie and human friends, and chill time. One of the nicest dogs you'd meet.

We took our Willow in after she ran in front of a tennis ball and got hit in the eye. When we got there, they immediately took her back so she wouldn’t be waiting in the lobby with us. The wait was long but the staff was so nice and helpful anytime we had questions. The price was not bad either and we will always use them for emergency vet care and I will 100% recommend them anytime someone needs their pet seen quickly.

My almost 10 year old Basset Hound needed an emergency splenectomy, and after visiting a wonderful clinic nearby, we decided it best that we make the drive from Stuttgart to Springdale. I was in contact with the Practice Manager, Stacey Storey, who assured me that the clinic would be ready for us when we got there. And sure enough, they were.
This team went above and beyond and made us feel as comfortable as we could, given the situation.
We were directed to a cozy waiting room to hang out in while they prepped and got Sadie Rue through surgery.
We were allowed to see her once she was back in the ICU area. They kept her for monitoring for the following 2 days and we visited a few times again during those days.
The incredibly kind staff treated Sadie like she was one of their own and were so knowledgeable, answered our 100 questions and provided us with such helpful information to assist in her healing once we got her home.
I cannot speak highly enough of every single person who had a hand in our Sadie Rue’s surgery. I highly recommend this clinic.

Having a household of 5 animals (2 cats with feline leukemia and another cat with a variety of issues) we have unfortunately had to come here more times than we would like to. Every single time we've come here, everyone from the front desk to the doctors to the techs have always been so caring and tentative to us and our fur children. They treat our pets as if they are their own. Dr. Eaves, Dr. Rainbolt and Dr. Koontz are the best. They explain what's going on so clearly and care so much for our pets and us. When we had to hospitalize our cat Hyde recently for seizures related to his leukemia, the doctor's assistant Bailey was wonderful. She explained clearly what the treatment plan was and cost and answered every question we had. They let us come visit him anytime and answered all of our calls when we wanted updates of how he was doing. Yes, they are more expensive than our regular vet but the price is worth it for the level of skill and round the clock care they give. Yes, sometimes there is a wait for them to be seen by a doctor but I'd much rather wait knowing that they haven't needed immediate intervention to save their life since they work based off of a triage system. Plus , they are constantly in the back being monitored while we wait and the front desk does an amazing job calming our nerves and giving us little updates.

I cannot highly recommend this place enough. If you ever have a pet emergency this is the place to go!!

I can’t say enough good things about AESC From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and confident that my pet was in great hands. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is incredibly attentive. A special shout-out to Lexi C —she went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and handled my pet with such care and compassion. It’s clear that they genuinely love animals and are dedicated to their job. My dog came in a little nervous, but her gentle approach put him at ease right away. I am so grateful to have found a clinic with such knowledgeable and caring professionals. Highly recommend!
