Today I received my dog ashes and I was so surprised and touched by the detailed and the thought that was put into it was very appreciated when I seen the beautiful wood box with a key, paw print, sympathy card and it was packaged beautifully and it was put in a pretty bag it was heart felt. It had a personal touch . Also very affordable as well.

I’ve used this facility for boarding. For me they are the best. I’ve taken my three cats in and I know they’re safe, but then also the accommodations are very nice. And it was reasonable.
I live a distance away from this area and the vet nearest my home couldn’t take my cat couldn’t even fit Him in. So I called this hospital and I can get him in the same day early afternoon. And I’m grateful for this. I’ve used them before in the past and I have been pleased.

So Monday we had to put down our 16 year old cat as he was very sick. Animal Care Services didn't have any appointments. But they fit us in. I can't say enough about the staff there. They were so caring, from Jamelet and Ashley in customer service to Emma the vet tech an Dr. Impett. I can't thank them enough for all the compassion they had for us and our fur baby during this difficult time.Thank you Dr. Impett and your staff for your kindness and compassion during this difficult time. We will definitely be bringing our other pet here and I highly recommend this facility.

Groomer ANDREA with 8 yr's experience, is the BEST I have ever found! My 17 yr.old Shih Tzu isn't easy to fully groom...Andrea made my dog look great! So grateful Andrea is now working here! Totally worth the $$

An organized, well-staffed clinic. Drs Impett and Simpson are kind and empathetic. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This location has improved significantly in every way since the time of its previous management/operations.
Highly recommend!

This place used to be a good place to bring your pet and get needs taken. It sadly no longer is. The admin staff is terrible so the terrible customer service. I came in to get my pet checked and we had an appointment but the receptionist was too busy talking about her personal problems with someone else that she told me I had to wait until she was done. Sadly that receptionist is also the one who confirms the appointments. She set up an appointment for my dog and sent me the text for it and put a date that had already passed. On a different day the same receptionist calls me and tells me that I can bring my dog between 8 and 8:30 when I arrive she says she said between 8:30 and 9. And the woman who checks the pets in was very rude. They must have way too many clients to give themselves the luxury to be rude. I will never agin come to this place to bring my dog. If it wasn’t for that I needed her to get fixed that day I would go elsewhere.

Funny lil thing about negative ratings and or those that seem to complain about every little thing they can ..just to ultimately bad mouth a hospital that obviously did their job and still the complaints go on and on ...

Zero stars. This was my first experience with this vet after glowing family reviews. The place has since changed apparently. Our 3 year old French Bulldog suffered what we know now is IVDD. At the time we didn’t know why he couldn’t walk normal and use his back legs correctly. His first visit here we were told “he seems fine, we will run a blood test and call I when we get the results” when we rushed him back later that day because he was in obvious pain and was NOT FINE. They gave him a steroid shot, misdiagnosed him and said they could have him seen by a specialist in a month. We went to Blue Pearl animal hospital next and were taken in immediately, the staff there said this needed immediate attention. Go figure. He was admitted and diagnosed and taken into surgery. Just thinking about the additional 400$ we paid animal and bird to not be able to diagnose our dogs essentially broken spine is astonishing. Don’t go here. For the welfare of your animals find a vet that cares. They clearly don’t.
