Amazing place! I called yesterday and spoke with Claudia and she was very helpful and gave so much information! I have 3 large dogs and a wild rabbit gave birth to her babies right center of the yard. After a lot of questions and setting up an area for her she visited back at dusk!! All babies are ok and dogs aren’t bothering them and now for the next two weeks I’m on babysitting watch while the mother rabbit does her thing. Thank you guys for your help!

I had found an injured bunny (Scarlett/Scarsdale) and they were very helpful and willing to help with medical needs. They explained what would happen to it once it was healed and socialized. I only wished I could see it again but they have too many animals to care for to be updated.

I recently found out that our neighborhood Cat was taken on 10/5/24 by one of our neighbors that had the audacity to take it knowing the rest of the block was already taking care of him. We had fallen fond of it, if she didn't want to be responsible, she could have just let it free like the rest of us logical people do to domesticated cats that love to roam around and come back home. He is not the only one roaming around. What was done is petty, shame on these pp. just because this cat was well trained, doesn't mean it belongs in the shelter. Sadly, in order to get our neighbornood cat back, we would have to pay out of our pocket that in the first place is unnecessary to be do. hope it's rightful owner has him back. WE miss you, Pantera.

Had to bring in an injured baby bird, that my cat got a hold of. Staff was super nice and explained what would be the next steps for the bird. We've had to drop off rabbits, in the part, as well....and they are always super helpful!!

Very knowledgeable and returned my call quickly after I left a voicemail during the day about an owl on my front step!
Kim was great, I emailed her pictures and she told me exactly what to do to coerce this beautiful baby owl back to the woods behind our home. Thankful for the help she gave.

These people are so amazing and I love what they do! I brought an orphaned squirrel in who had a mite infestation! He was very sad and cold and he would've been eaten by dogs or cats had we left him there. We brought him into our garage to sleep in some shavings and burrow. He is a very lively little guy, but obviously we don't have the means nor the knowledge to take perfect care of him. We gave him some natural mite treatment and let him sleep under a heat lamp. (They were closed the day we found him so we kept him for the night) when my husband and I brought him in they were so sweet and explained their treatment and that he'd get to stay with another little orphaned squirrel! They love animals and it shows! I definitely recommend this place, they were lots of help!!!

These ppl are liars & cons! Will never go there again ! They only wanted my $ for a Squirrel that was injured. When they found out is a 1 time donation of $500, Dean no longer wanted to HELP! They transferred squirrel to another location after saying it could get released by me. Next thing, it was EUTHANIZED, I wanted the ashes, said $60, I agreed & it's been months & again, MORE LIIES! PLZ DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL. THEY ARE GREAT CONS!!!
