Called today to get a nail trim for my dog and was told I would need to pay an office visit to see the vet since it’s been awhile . My dog had been neutered and had shots there they want to charge me for an 84 doctor visit and 20 for nail trim during the holiday . They lost a customer for good . Also they never are in the office you can never reach anyone . To get an actually appointment is like a month out . Poor service and greedy vet

For one when I took my dog in, I didn’t get instructions whatsoever whenever I was supposed to pick him up and then whenever I did pick him up, I didn’t get instructions on his stitches how long it supposed to have his collar on but when I dropped him off, they told me if need be he needs a catheter Would you accept that and I said yes only if he needs it he didn’t need it. But they went ahead and catheter him and charge me for it and I paid almost $400 for a puppy that weighed 30 pounds not happy and I will change vets. Everyone of my dogs and cats have gone there and it’s been amazing , until now I will not be taking any of my animals back there again!

The first time we went to Anasazi Animal Clinic they were great. They saw my dog and recommended a teeth cleaning. We set up an appointment for that about six weeks out. We are traveling full time in our RV so we made a lot of arrangements to get our dog to the appointment. We ended up driving 6 1/2 hours from Mesquite NV and staying in a hotel so we would be there first thing. I called on Wednesday to let them know we were coming from so far away and to make sure everything was good to go. We dropped her off and were told that they do the cleaning early in the day so that she would have plenty of time to recover before sending her home. Around 1:30 I got a call from the receptionist saying that their cleaning machine broke and that nothing had been done as far as cleaning her teeth and that we needed to come pick her up. 1:30 is not early in the day. She told me that they had done the blood work but that was all, implying that they were expecting me to pay for that. I told her no way was I going to pay for anything if her teeth didn’t get cleaned and that I would come get her. When we got there they were rude and acted like I was being unreasonable. In my conversation with the receptionist she let me know that they had been having problems with the machine two days earlier but they thought they had It fixed. If they had told me on the phone that they were having problems with it I probably wouldn’t have taken the risk of driving a total of 13 hours and $120.00 hotel cost. Obviously we love our dog or we wouldn’t have driven all that way or spent all that money to take care of her. The doctor never came out of the back to talk with us or to apologize for the situation. The way we were treated was frankly shocking and I would never recommend this vet clinic to anyone.

This business is very unprofessional got a fight with the office manager, and she got me so mad that I said take my business somewhere else. I went back to try to get my dog back in the main doctor refused to see my dog without listening to my side of the story very terrible very unprofessional. I don’t know how they’re doing business.L

If you are just going in for vaccines they will charge you a $58 "wellness exam fee" which consists of checking your dog's heart and ears for all of 30 seconds. Hardly much of an exam to justify the price.

Also, another dog attacked ours in the lobby ripping out some fur on her face so both our dog and our wallet came home a little lighter.
