Este es el peor PEOR PEOR lugar del mundo JAMÁS lleven a su mascota a este horrible lugar, tuvieron a mi bichon maltés durante 4 horas y lo que hicieron fue dejarlo calvo, mi perro es albino por lo cual no puede exponerse prolongadamente al sol, y con lo calvo que lo dejaron no se como voy a poder proteger a mi perro del sol, se le ve su piel, para mi le pasaron la 0. Si pudiera ponerle cero estrellas sería lo mejor. De verdad, si aman a sus mascotas JAMÁS LAS LLEVEN ALLÍ.

Do not go to this place unless you want your dog coming back hairless. We came to get our beautiful Siberian husky for a full service at 2pm and she said it would take 4 hours but we got him back around 11pm but he came back fully shaved which we didn’t ask for. She tried to justify it saying it was necessary and that he was matted which wasn’t true because we brush him often and shower him often, she knew what she did that’s why the first thing she told us when she saw us was that we didn’t have to pay. And on top of all that he has cuts and burns on his body when he came.

I had amazing experience here. It was my first time grooming my baby boy Damon, I was nervous. I’m also new to town, just moved to florida from New York. The hospitality I felt from this woman was unbelievable. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Damon was so comfortable with her and she treated him with such love and care. I really could go on forever about how I feel but I’m so grateful to have found this place.

I was walking down Lake Ave to find a large, half comatose dog, lying by the window on a window, feces everywhere, no water bowl and by himself in the closed store. I tried to call the owners but no one answered, I eventually had to call the sheriff. It wasn't just me. there was a whole crowd outside the shop trying to contact the owner. Disgusting inhumane behavior.

So happy to find amores, what a great people they pay attention in every single detail, my dog is a poodle ,
She hates to be brushed, and she hates every place that I try before she’s already older 8 years old . My experience here is : every time she walking in the door, shaking her tail, never come back home the way she used to be in every other place that I bring her before . The stuff here are very loving, she was explaining to me two years ago when I first started coming here that they do free brushing every week and my dog got used to the grooming , when I need boarding, I don’t think twice I really trust Amores, people with compassion love kind really care about animals just for a start they don’t even keep dogs in cage. Dogs stay at the single beds for humans. They treat the animal here with ice water. That’s what I see all the time ice on the water in every animal here they are happy because they running free inside the place, and all after that lady, I forgot the name.
It’s a Brazilian lady , my dog, love her.
