Me alojo aquí cada vez que visito Galesburg por negocios y es una muy buena alternativa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas y el personal es muy atento. Buen precio para habitaciones; no es lujoso pero muy funcionar sobre todo si tu viaje es de negocios y lo que necesitas es una habitación limpia y cómoda para descansar bien.

absolutely horrible. rooms gross. not clean. roaches in the hallways. bathroom in the room was broke and then our 6 year old shut the bathroom door and got stuck. bathroom had hair all over (wasn’t ours) bedding had stains. carpet wasn’t vacuumed. great price for a fast easy stay but i’d pay the extra to stay else where. so gross

Two years ago we stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The manager was constantly cleaning and very accommodating. This time we checked in at 3pm and front desk clerk was not friendly. When we arrived in the room there was no soap, the shampoo container was empty and there was long black hair on the bathroom floor. I questioned if it was even cleaned. We requested and received soap and shampoo. They could not provide an second luggage rack or housekeeping as it was too late. We cleaned the toilet for safety. As we were retiring for the evening we noticed numerous dried blood spots in different areas on the comforter. We pulled it off and used the cover from the other bed. The next morning we complained about the items and requested a complete clean up. When we returned later that day sheets were clean but hair still on the bathroom floor. Also they did not provide the wakeup calls for two mornings. No one apologized or really cared about the lack of cleanliness. Even the breakfast area was not cleaned up. As we checked out we learned there was new management recently. Will not stay there again.

Positive: Free water bottles at check in, mints, friendly at the front desk, it was quiet and clean, lots of outlets. Negative: The hot breakfast was just a Continental breakfast with one kind of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich available. Room art was unsettling for some reason.

The hotel appears to be an older hotels that has been remodeled with a more modern look. If your looking for something reasonable priced, this will do. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and provided what we wanted for an overnight stay. There was some noise from other rooms when they ran the shower in the morning. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, but there was a waffle maker and they had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuits that you could heat in the microwave. Our one complaint was that the track for the sliding windows was filty and looked like it had never been cleaned. Seems like it wouldn't take much for housekeeping to clean that as they clean the room.

Room wasnt the cleanest.. had mold on the bathroom ceiling.Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was convenient. They just need to get the mold situation handled because that’s definitely a health hazard.Also dust and dirt behind the refrigerator in the room.

Good value for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean and relatively quiet (located next to a highway). Staff was pleasant and helpful.||Breakfast was pretty standard; all DIY with lots of choices, but lacking fresh fruit if that's your thing..
