I am super grateful for this vet!!! Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Michael and the staff here have been, seriously. They have consistently gone above and beyond in helping my dog Maui and I with her chronic health issues stemming from a broken leg when she was a puppy. So much so that after moving to another state, I have driven back twice to get her treated here at ambassador!

Maui is my world and i feel she is always treated with love and respect here, and they do the best they can to make her comfortable. I am not normally an emotional person, but was very emotional dropping her off for surgery and couldn't contain my tears and anxiety. Dr Michael comforted me and assured me he would do his best to make sure she was taken care of, which meant everything to me. He called me just before and after her procedure that same night to keep me updated on the process and assure me that she did well.

These folks have seen thousands of animals, but the level of compassion and care they showed me and my dog on an individual level meant so much to me. Dr. Michael is also a stand up guy with a lot of humility and kindness. His staff is always friendly and makes my dog feel as comfortable as possible in their hands despite being nervous to be there. It meant a lot to me that the staff often complimented my dog on how well behaved and sweet she is. It makes me feel like they see in her what I see myself, which means so much to me and makes me feel more comfortable leaving her in their hands.

It is going to be a long road to recovery for my dog, but I am so grateful to everyone at ambassador for their help and compassion. THANK YOU!!!!

From the bottom of my heart I am forever grateful and thankful for everyone at this vet. My dog renegade decided to jump up on my husbands project car that is out back and broke the windshield as he did, cut his paw wide open and although I tried I couldn't control the bleeding and had to bring him somewhere asap! Ambassador was right down the street from my house and I have brought my other 2 dogs there and they've always been wonderful and luckily they were able to get us in the same day! I didn't have the means to pay for the surgery renny needed so they gave me a bunch of information on foundations I could call for help and boarded my boy until I was able to figure it out because he was bleeding so bad, luckily one of the places they referred me to was able to help! They also gave me a discount to help me also. I'd do anything for my baby boy and seeing him in pain broke my heart and he's had a rough start in life being dumped by his previous owners as is... so the kindness of everyone at this vet was amazing and touched my heart in ways I can never explain! My 3 boys are so excited to pick him up tomorrow and this night without him is a little easier knowing he's with such kind and caring people! Thank you so much to everyone there who helped me and the doctor who took his time to calm me down and explain what needed to be done because I was an absolute mess! Ambassador is a great place and they truly care about our pets

I brought my dog Daisy for severe dental issues. I was very worried about her, but Dr. Michael Shenouda was very impressive. He took the time to go over everything in detail about the procedure and the bloodwork that was done. And he did a great job with Daisy’s mouth. This is my first encounter with him. The front office staff were also very helpful and kind. I was not impressed with the previous doctors here, so I stopped bringing my dogs, but I think I will start bringing them again! ?

Never before did I bring my baby ?here and I wish I would’ve. On September 2nd, he got very sick and when his vet turned us away, Ambassador Vet gave my baby and my family peace. There isn’t words to describe the kindness and compassion of the doctor and staff. The service was exceptional. They provided Happies?ashes (great package offered) in less than a week. My soul was pleased. In the future when I get another companion, Ambassador will be his doctor. Thank you so much on behalf of Happies “Shoobi” and family. God bless.

Great service. Every employee is kind and amiable. A dog bit my dog; brought him here since I sensed something was wrong after his previous surgery. According to the veterinarian at the Ambassador, dead tissue was growing and required additional treatment. They collaborate with me to guarantee that my dog receives all the care it need. I highly endorse this place. Every client has been there for years and is really satisfied. I trust the Ambassador Long Beach Veterinary Hospital.
