My love one was admitted into this facility for rehab and when I say they provided great customer service across the board. I was very pleased with the care provided to my love and he absolutely loved the food along with snacks offered by activities. With the holidays approaching Im considering respite care for my love one. Thank you for providing quality care.

Well I've been here since June and it's been horrible. Plus I have a feeding tube and it doesn't get handled how the hospital said it needed to be . The rooms are DECENT. STAFF IS IFFY SINCE GOOD SOME TERRIBLE

The employees are wonderful and kind . They will listen and we can talk about things . They are quick to take action if you need help . I like all of the activities.My room is very nice . I do love the interaction with the other residents they are all very nice.

We have the best residents at Alpine. The best part of my job here is putting a smile on their faces every day. The Staff really makes sure that every resident that walks through our door is taken care of .

Do not put your loved ones in here!!!!! Place should be shut down!!!!! My daughter went there in January was suppose to only be there for 2-3 weeks to get strength in her legs to be able to walk again they never did rehab with her she was sent to hospital 2 seperate times where she was overdosed with medication was sent to hospital once for knot with bruise on forehead fell out bed once and last but least her heart stopped where they let her sugar drop too low was in hospital for 6 weeks on ventilator and trech fighting for her life and is still currently in hospital ICU trying to get better oh and still waiting over 60 days for full copy of all medical records and for some reason corporate phone number can't be found makes you wonder what is being trying to hide

Was the most deplorable Rehab Center I've ever visited in my life. The rooms we're just plain nasty. My daughter's room was a private room which they stuck another bed in with a damaged splintered wall. When I pulled the curtains around her her space was approximately 3 ft by 2 ft. Another patient was sitting behind curtains watching the TV stuck on a dresser in the middle of the room. Liberty Liberty Missouri so we put juicy chicken buffalo sauce
They have the nerve to show a video which makes you think you're at the Four Seasons Hotel not a rundown dilapidated nursing home that you would not send your worst enemy to. There's no way in hell you'd ever get rehab in a place that look like this. do not under any circumstances send anyone to this place unless you really hate them and want them to die. I am going to report them for the Better Business bureau. Please do not believe the hype. Patient and family beware.
I immediately took my daughter out of this the terrible Place 15 minutes after we got there.

This is not. Good place to put anyone they they overdose people room not clean food out date no help with ur love one they do not care for there anyone they not clean mold in room floors not clean they let people sugar get 50th I had my girlfriend so her heart. Stop they just said that life this place was so bad it not good for anyone this was wrong nurse home do not put anyone there if want your family to die

It’s hard to decide where people you care about get long term care. I felt like alpine staff was as good I could be if I was a caretaker. Mrs Washington was especially kind and really made me feel like my uncle would be treated with kindness and dignity there.
