We took our ten year old nervous and anxious cat to All Care Pet Clinic for some behavioral issues she was having. I was sure that she would be a total wreck in the exam room, but Dr. Sanders and the staff really put her at ease. Our cat made us look bad as we were standing there talking about her anxiety issues while she was practically purring…go figure. Dr. Sanders prescribed medication to address our cat’s behavioral problems and she is doing much better. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner, too. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend this vet.

One by one, our desert tortoises got sick last month and the team at All Care Pet Clinic were amazing. With a correct diagnosis, effective antibiotics and a clear love for their patients, our scaly kids are all recovering. I highly recommend!

Awesome pet clinic! New to the area and scheduled to have my youngest cat neutered. Staff was super friendly and explained all the details for his surgery. Very reasonably priced and took care of my baby. They called once he was out of surgery which helped with my anxiety. He is recovering very well and is happy ?

I have a bearded dragon that hasn’t been eating for a while I took him to VIP and they basically did nothing told me to feed him baby food and take him to a specialist. I found all care and they were wonderful. They did a thorough examination and found a sore in his mouth and they were really wonderful. I recommend Amanda’s place for anybody that has exotic pets.

I've been taking my pets to All Care since 2011 and the quality of care here is truly amazing. Dr. Erin Sanders is a blessing to the AV. Her care for animals is unmatched. I have so many examples I could post, but one I'll mention is in 2021, my cat was sick. Just vomiting and drooling non-stop, completely miserable. We had no idea what was wrong. We went to All Care, like we always did, and they were so quick to help. We had to take our cat to Simi Valley for an ultrasound and they set everything up for us - got us an appointment at the clinic same day, made sure they'd act quickly, etc. The vet in Simi Valley couldn't really identify what was causing the issues but we noted a tumor in his spleen. They wanted around $2k to test it and hold him overnight just to diagnose. This didn't include any surgery after diagnosis. Dr. Sanders took my call at 6pm (while I was 9 months pregnant and super emotional no less) to discuss options based on what the ultrasound had revealed, and she offered to do surgery herself the next day for him. He could live without his spleen and it cost us significantly less (like less than 1k). We agreed, took our pet home, and had surgery the next morning thanks to Dr. Sanders. He's healthy and alive to this day.

I was just at the clinic for a routine check up for another cat I have and he may have some issues due to old age going on. We discussed so many options and treatment plans. She listened to all of my questions and really spent time with me to figure out which plan was best. She's always given us this level of care and I'd trust her with any of my animals.

Dr. Chandler is really good too! To be honest, my first impression of her (in 2014 or 2015) wasn't the best but I saw her last year and she has improved so much! She felt much more comfortable and caring and I trust her too.

I also want to mention the vet techs who are also extremely amazing, helpful, and caring. Victoria is fantastic. The front office ladies are also so welcoming. I just really love this vet office and can't say I've had a bad experience here ever.
