My dog Neko has never been to another Veterinarians' office!! It's been over 3 years now. We live in Vallejo but I'll drive to Concord every time because of the quality of care, respect, and fair prices.
They have never pressured me into buying anything extra and have always explained their recommendations for treatment, giving me control over what I feel is best for my fur-son.
They're very professional, considerate, and caring. I highly recommend All Bay Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pet/s!!

Excellent service from the staff. I am very comfortable having my pet baby seen and treated by the All Bay Animal Hospital staff. Natalia and the doctor we saw were both great.

We have been going to All Bay for years, and are still very happy with the services we receive. We have a favorite that we always look forward to bringing our Leo to see, and that’s Ashlyn. She has a great way of handling our overly dramatic Frenchie, whether it’s cutting his nails or giving him an injection. She’s gentle and kind, and really cares about what she does. We always love seeing her, and the whole crew at All Bay!

I’ve been here multiple times for my cats, and my experiences have all been pleasant. However, there is one staff member here who I’d like to give a special shout out to! Ashlynn is the most welcoming, friendly, and caring vet tech I’ve interacted with! Whether it’s in person or over the phone, she’s always had great energy and is genuinely kind. I’m glad I got to catch her name during my visit earlier today! Thank you again, Ashlynn! ☺️?

Avoid at all costs! We took our cat here for some dental work and she ended up needing 13 teeth extracted. When we went for our 2 week follow up they refused to let us go back in the room with her or ask the vet any questions. When the vet tech brought her out she told us that she can stop eating soft food and immediately go back to her kibble without any transition period. We also asked about some red sores that developed near her mouth (pictured below) and we were told that is completely normal and just where the teeth are hitting on her lip and it would callus over and heal fine.

A week goes by and our cat starts vomiting 2-3 times a day for about 4 days. We asked the office what we should do and they said they would leave a note for the vet and call us back to get her scheduled for another checkup. They never called us back so we called to get her scheduled. We brought her in and told them what we were instructed to do and they said the prior vet tech had lied and that she ABSOLUTELY should not have transferred back to dry kibble. They said she should remain on soft food due to the number of teeth removed and the issues that creates with eating hard foods. They also told us that the marks on her mouth are not normal and it will not callus over and she will require ANOTHER surgery to remove her healthy bottom teeth… so after spending almost $1700 on her surgery less than a month ago they are now changing their story since we went into the exam room for this check up.

Since we had to switch her to wet food we asked for some recommendations because our cat has a severe chicken allergy. They told us they would provide a prescription diet WITHOUT chicken and poultry. We went to fill the prescription and the first ingredient is hydrolyzed chicken liver. We called because this is exactly what they said they would check to make sure wasn’t in the food. They said again that they would leave a note for the vet and call us back. I reiterated that my cat does not have food to eat and we need to know what to feed her as she was on a limited bland diet for over a day now due to her throwing up from their negligence. They called us back and informed us that hydrolyzed chicken should be safe for animals with chicken allergies and that “9 out of 10 pets have no issues”. Obviously at this point we lost trust in their suggestions and later found out that hydrolyzed chicken is just broken up into smaller molecules that are supposedly easier to digest but not guaranteed. For us it was not worth the risk of trying this food as she has severe reactions to chicken. They offered an alternative option but said “that one has turkey so it might have similar issues for her.”

They absolutely do not take your animals care seriously and have created more issues than we started out with. My cat has lost weight and had numerous digestive issues as a result of their “treatment” of her. We have spent thousands of dollars at this point because they just want more reasons to bill you and get you in the door.

Let this be a cautionary tale to avoid the aggravation and keep your pets healthy!! Super overpriced and poor quality of care.

I went last month because there was something wrong with my dogs eye and the doctor did so many test and bloodwork. His first diagnosis was dry eye I was given an ointment and eye drops. Did it for a week and her eye got worse. Called to speak to the doctor he didn’t return my call for 72 hours. Then he said he think he can see her again for half price but explained I just coughed up $800+ and can’t afford to do that. He was like oh well you can make an appointment. I’ve tried to see if they can help in anyway but they don’t care. Now her eye is worse than ever and I’ll have to figure out how to put her down so the infection doesn’t continue to spread. She’s literally in so much pain. I hate that doctor so much.

Dr. Bedros was fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly examine my dog and patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of their animal patients. My dog, who is usually very anxious at the vet, was surprisingly calm thanks to the gentle and reassuring approach of the entire team.

Went here for a while, didn't have any issues until I requested some extra assistance when my cat started having some behavioral problems.

When I went in, everything was fine, they seemed helpful enough and gave me some advice and reccommended some medication, specifically referencing another case in which a cat was also having aggression issues, and this medication helped a lot. I was sold, having no reason to mistrust this vet at this point after having felt well informed, and my cat has been taking these meds every day for a few months as prescribed.

I call to get a refill, the staff was a bit unproffessional the when answering my call but I don't mind it. I call again two days later to check if it is ready for pick up and I am told that I was unable to get a refill because the medicine I have been giving my cat is not a "long-term solution" and my cat should not be taking these everyday. Obviously I am just shocked because I waa told the contrary when I got the medicine, and I am outraged after processing it because what do you mean I am giving my pet medicine he isn't supposed to take very day? I was never informed other wise and was actually told it could help with long term behavior problems. They then offer me another appointment to actually discuss long term solutions. That was what the first appointment was for, and that was what I thought I had gotten.

I am left feeling like I have been drugging my cat with a medication that won't even help him overall. It makes me feel like they give me a temporary solution so that I spend money on medication and and making more vet appointments instead of actually trying to help me solve my cat's behaviors.

I have absolutely no trust in this clinic anymore, I have been lied to and this feels like an abuse in trust in order for them to get more money by getting more appointments instead of actually helping our pets. I will not be returning.
