My cat had some mats on his back legs. He is 16 years old and has never been to a grooming salon. Tanya was so good with him. She was able to comb out all the mats in about 15 minutes and show me the tools to use at home. I highly recommend her!

This is the only place my Bean Pekinese) has ever been to and will ever go to. He's 14. Tonya is an animal lover and a great human. She makes my boy so handsome. He won't let me brush his tangles out, but she just has a way, or a majic brush! Thank you Tonya!!!!!

Tanya has groomed my cat a few times. Her work is quality but she is not client focused. I made an apt one month ahead. The morning of the apt I called to confirm. She asked if I could come earlier than my scheduled apt time. I told her that I had previous commitments but that I would do my best. I arrived later than her requested apt time change, but still 30 min before the originally scheduled apt time. When I got there, her office was locked and dark. I sat in the parking lot waiting and calling for 30 minutes (listening to this painfully uninfornative, lengthy voicemail each time so I could leave a time stamped message). Even with all this, I offered for her to call me so we could reschedule and she never did. The incident itself didn’t bother me half as much as her not bothering to return my call. It’s not the first time she has wasted my time and been difficult to schedule with due to rigid drop off and pick up times (I bring my pet in a crate). It seems like she feels her time and schedule trumps her clients’. Maybe she doesn’t want anymore business. I’m taking my animals to PetSense now. They are much more user friendly, less expensive and do a better job. Maybe no longer being the only gig in town will help get Tanya more focused on customer service instead of her own schedule.

Great job giving our Maine Coon an lion cut! She even squeezed us in last minute so my visiting cat-allergic nephews wouldn't have to suffer. She clearly loves animals and wants to make the process as pleasant as possible.
