I’m so sad that I have to share my experience with this veterinary clinic. I have brought my dog here for 6 years and I’ve never really had any issues until I asked for a prescription because Costco’s nexguard was so much cheaper. I came in to get a prescription and they told me I need to give them 24 hours. Okay understandable so I come back the next day. The receptionist is super unwilling to get my prescription, she has me standing for 15 min in the lobby to then say do you have time to talk to the doctor. At this point I’m furious I have spent two days getting a prescription!! Are you kidding me I finally told them that it’s unfortunate that they have no respect for my time and to force me to find a new vet over a damn prescription. They should be ashamed.

I had to go to another vet, because there were no available appointments anytime soon for what I needed done. Kinda glad I had to, because saving money for the same quality of care in my opinion. Pretty sure I've been getting overcharged for a lot (other vet said the same after I told them what I've been paying for certain things). Our new vet is way cheaper, and it's been a few months now...I feel like I get more too. Other than the prices and availability, I liked them.

I’m posting this on behalf of my friend she doesn’t want to be negative but I’ve had to hear about it all day for starters everyone else was very nice including the doctor she’s spoke to on the phone there’s just one employee that seems to have an issue
She went in to get her dog looked at when she came to pay she accidentally went to the wrong person at the counter and the person looked offended that she would dare do so the other person was polite and rerouted her
In the evening she requested documents from the visit and was told she would get them that night
I understand being short staffed my friend works at a job that’s chaotic daily and short staffed almost every other day she empathizes with anyone in any customer facing position but there’s a right way and wrong way to handle things
She called at noon twice at 4 and at 5 she was told it would be done they were sending it over so she waited expecting to see it immediately that’s why she called again the first person clearly didn’t want to answer the phone she sighed heavily and her name was Amanda
The second time someone else answered and was pleasant
The next two times it was Amanda with a monotone voice and another deep sigh
By the last time which I heard on speaker Amanda said due to staffing that’s why they hadn’t handled the request that was technically from the evening prior
Again with a sigh no apology if that had been said BEFORE the second-fourth call all would’ve been well an expectation would have been set
My friend assumed they were only short that day of the visit however I don’t understand why they can’t just send it from the computer while on the phone or have said something the first time hey due to short staffing there might be a delay or something to that effect
My friend needs the documents and she’s trying to be patient but her time is important too she has other stuff going and she even apologized for calling so many times to which Amanda replied “ok” as if my friend had gotten on her nerves why would the customer have to apologize for making a request that hasn’t been fulfilled and expectations weren’t properly set
I’m going to assume maybe it’s a lack of people skills or just being overstimulated but if that’s the case that individual may not need to be customer facing because now my friend is feeling bad for asking for something she needs and feels bad for
Complaining because she understands work is stressful and she might have something going on personally but has to go to work but I don’t care there’s a way to speak to people even if it’s not super chipper and friendly

We began going here as our regular vets were retiring and this was so close and local. We've been in several times now with our little dog and our newly adopted kitties. They've always been attentive and friendly. We finally met the vet and she was wonderful and patient and explained things thoroughly. She didn't even get upset when the kitties demolished what was left of a box of Kleenex tissues while waiting! We definitely owe her a new box!

Dr. B is an outstanding vet and has been a long time doctor for our furry babies. She is thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable (just to name a few of her attributes), we trust her unconditionally. Why do we belief in her, simple, Dr. B diagnosed my baby's condition within minutes of seeing him, and started treatment immediately, that saved our Gizzi's life. If it wasn't for Dr. B, we would not have our little piglet today.

If you are looking for a great vet who genuinely cares, look no further, Dr. B is, unequivocally, the one. You will not find a more caring and compassionate vet, I promise you.

In addition to Dr. B's awesomeness, her staff was fabulous. They were professional, friendly, and very customer service oriented.

I started taking my family's pets to All For Paws (hereon AFP) a few years ago when ABC Animal hospital could not find a resolution to my son's dog's skin issues. On our first visit to AFP, Dr. B was able to render a diagnosis that made life so much better for me and the dog. Recently, my other son's cat came to be in my temporary care. One day and for reasons still unknown, the cat showed up limping with a swollen paw. I called AFP, but they had no space at the time. After a day or two and noting his paw was slowly getting worse, I decided to take him to Solano Emergence Pet Care (SPEC). Well I can say that that was a total waste of my money. The young doctor watched my cat limp, felt his paw for possible foreign objects as well as viewing his reaction to touch. An x-ray was taken, and no bone issues were noted. I was subsequently sent home with a $427.00 bill and pain killers for the cat's comfort. After getting home, I realized that his foot hadn't been properly examined. His fur hadn't been shaved to look at his skin for possible answers as to what may have happened to his foot. Also, I reasoned that his reaction to touch should have warranted viewing his skin. Since there were no bone issues, it reasoned that something topical may be occurring. Needless to say I called back regarding the lack of service, but found no resolution.

Long story short, I called AFP as the cat's paw was getting worse. Although no appointments were available, AFP offered to hold him and fit him in if an opening suddenly came up. Lucky for me one did. As I had experienced before , everything was done right on the first visit. I picked my son's cat up with an explanation that he had sustained puncture wounds to his paw along with bruising. They said the injuries appeared as to be as if he had been bitten in a cat fight, but he is strictly an inside cat. Her received medication (antibiotic) and something to ease his pain. Several days later, AFP called to see how my son's cat was doing. I was happy to report that he was back to his usual self and walking on all 4 paws.

Although the cause of the injury will forever be a mystery, it's awesome knowing that Dr. B is near to treat my animals. Her love, care and concern for animals is obvious when you see her working with them, and I can't speak of her highly enough to express my true appreciation for all that she has done for me and my pets. From here on, it's Dr. B or nothing.
