This nursing home is a heartless place. The nurses are consistently rude and dismissive, showing a shocking lack of compassion. Paging for help is a waste of time; expect long waits and blatant neglect. Patients are left in soiled clothes or with unattended injuries, demonstrating a complete disregard for their well-being. Avoid this facility at all costs if you care about your loved ones.

The staff at this facility are very rude and heartless. They either all hate their job or hate the patients. They are very short and cold to patients and family members. The nurses, admin staff, physical therapists, janitors ALL staff are just plain rude. I don’t know if it is just their work environment that makes the staff so unpleasant but it is very sad for the patients and family members. The staff are so cold and do not want to help the patients. Upon paging staff it takes them more than 10-15 minutes sometimes longer. Often times family members just have to walk over to the nurses station to get help and they still take forever. The patients either have to sit in their soiled clothes or are injured and no one cares! I’m not sure if the staff is just overworked and underpaid but everyone is just plain rude. I have not seen a smile or nice person at this facility which is such a shame.

This nursing rehabilitation is the best that my mom experienced. My mom ( room 9A)had two strokes in one month and she was able to move in to the Alcott and recovered so well. The nursing home admin director Mrs. Nelda was the BEST.. she understood our situation, went out of the way to help my mom to admit and all nursing, care team, best rehab team .. I just can not ask for more and so thankful to Alcott Rehabilitation Team!!!

A fantastic nursing home. This is k-towns #1 nursing home in my opinion. Beautiful (older) facility with a great staff.

Nighttime noise was too loud and the food was lousy. But I didn't choose Alcott for the food. I was home a week early and that's what I remember.

Worst facility out there! They never give the patients proper care! Never take your family members here they will leave them soaked and really bad condition. Two specific CNAs that we have encountered and had bad experience with is Jackie and Anna& luz.everytime our family member had these CNAs.. we would check their sheets and diapers and they would be extremely soaked. I think this facility should be shut down

My grandma has been admitted to this facility since January,2022. I would like to leave a comment how diligent and wonderful care We receive. The lady who check the covid seems so welcome and delightful as always doing a job and all nursing staff put their best effort caring my mom as well as all rest patients. I would like to say” so thankful for doing wonderful care”
