My mother was admitted to AGRhodes after recovering from respiratory problems and issues with walking. The staff was very helpful in getting her comfortable and setting up her schedule for dialysis and physical therapy. As time went on, she improved and the staff assisted her with whatever she needed. The staff was also friendly to us, answered questions and kept us updated on mom’s status. Mom is doing better and continues on the road of recovery.

The center is getting a little better. The staff is getting more friendly. They need to clean a little more. They need to tend to the patients a little more when the patient ring the bell they should have a radio said we’ll be right there. Don’t have the patient waiting so long to get changed, and the posters outside You are ghetto. You need to take those down and do some artwork.

A. G. Rhodes is a very warm and friendly facility. The nurse at the front desk on 10/06/2024, on Sunday at approx. 4:00 p.m., was more than helpful. She offered to walk me all of the way back to the physical therapy side so that I would not get lost.

The nurse assigned to G-1 was very attentive and patient with the residents. She treated them with respect and kindness.

Our aunt was there for 6 weeks and was treated well. She was always clean and well taken care of.

Mom was an inpatient from November to February:
1) Nursing staff failed to report per my request when mom went to the hospital
2) Therapy staff failed to engage with my mother. They told me she'd be a mentally challenged cannot walk individual. She regained mental faculties three weeks after they were rude and abruptly discharged her. She can get up on her own now and a new facility is educating her on walking with tangible process.
3) Billing staff lied about benefits as well as interfered in another group's review of care.
4) I was never informed mom was on a do not return list. Nor they viewed me as combative. Only way I knew was a part of an ongoing slander case and records reviewed.
5) It was pinned down the CNAs as well as RNs gave her PTSD on falling.
6) Please inform your care staff telling a patient to "shut up", they are "worthless" and are a "burden" is not care in any sort of way.

I will deliberately avoid AG Rhodes from now on as this was nothing but a problematic facility and I will be sharing if anyone ever asks my experience there.

The facility was very clean. The staff was more than pleasant and very helpful the residence. There was very neat. They looked very clean. They were getting ready to enjoy a game of bingo. The nurse that take care of my mom. Martha Robinson is a jewel all of her nurses are, they speak highly of my mom and they let us know when she’s having a rough day . I am just very pleased with because you can see that the staff truly cares about their patients their residence I should say

Lunched with residents was a great experience. All the facility's staff were very friendly and showed great care for the residents. Lunch was wholesome and tasty.
