We have been taking our dogs here for years and have had nothing but outstanding service and genuine care and consideration for our dogs and us. Dr. Ishmael and her staff are very caring, honest and understanding. From having to say goodbye to elderly pets to getting new puppies on the right track, Advanced Vet has exceeded our expectations and set the bar so high. We’ve been going to AVC for at least 4 years now, and since we raise Golden Retrievers, we go there often (annual checks, puppy visits, etc). They are always friendly and know their stuff. If they don’t know about something, they have no qualms admitting that and then finding the answer for you. They are an amazing staff, quality care, and we always recommend them!

Called to try n make an appointment was greeted with “are you a client” I said no she then said “you need to calll during business hours like it says on the pre recording” I said “I am it’s 3pm it says you guys are open from 8-5” n then she said “oh well nobody’s at the desk that can help you” then why pick up the phone lady. I hung up n called another place. They’ll get my business not this place. Rude.

Have just switched over to this vet clinic. I'm very happy with them so far. My German Shepard had many ear problems and my old vet clinic just kept giving ointment and drops. I finally after years of dealing with this took him to Advanced Vet Clinic and they packed his ear and...amazing! He was good to go for a couple years. Had it done again only one more time. No other clinic offered this. They are reasonably priced and seem to love my dogs.

Excellent vet care! Dr. Ishmael truly cares about her patients and their owners. When we lost our dog to cancer she was kind and professional while helping us through the final moments. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know.

We have been going here for several years. From yearly vaccinations to boarding, they have always done a phenomenal job. We have small pets (cats and dogs). They are a great vet at affordable prices. The staff is always friendly and the service is always prompt. They have reminder cards and txts that are super useful. Overall would recommend them for your veterinary needs!

Our dog abruptly starting bleeding by her tail which prompted our visit. We had no appointment and we stopped on a Saturday. We were nicely greated and explained the situation, we sat in the waiting area no more than 5 minutes before they took the dog. They did a quick inspection, found that she had two puncture wounds and treated her. Before leaving they made sure we were educated in what we needed to do on our part at home. This was a great experience.

I have been with Advanced Vet for years. It use to be a great place to go. They had great veterinarians and help. The last 3 visits were horrible. Brought a new puppy in for a check up and vaccines, took forever for them to come into the room. Was not a ver, gave the shots and walked out. No check up done.. have them the benefit of doughy that maybe they just got behind. On Monday the 13 I brought another pup in. Waited 25 minutes in the room that had not been cleaned. There was blood on the floor so I could t even allow the dog to get down. The floor was so slick I almost fell. When the tech.. not a vet came in I told her my concerns on how the place was not as it use to be and I shouldn’t be put in a room that wasn’t cleaned. Voiced my concern on previous pup that was not looked over. She apologized and said she would let management know my concerns. Well today I brought back the first pup to get vaccinated again and my birds to get their wings clipped. They were more proficient on getting to us but cut the secondary wings on my birds and not primary. For people who may not know, primary is flight, secondary is landing and gliding. These wings should never be cut. It can cause bleeding and other problems. And may not grow back. So these birds have no way of landing but to fall. When I got home is when I noticed. I called them and the veterinarian got on the phone, was hateful and told me that was what she was taught. And then proceeded to hang up on me. I called 2 more times and was hung up on. The 4th time I called I was angry.. told her to listen and not to hang up! I let her know I was transferring clinics and to cancel all scheduled appointments. Also that I wanted a refund for the trim. I was at another facility trying to get my birds wings corrected enough to help them when the veterinarian called me to apologize for her behavior because it wasn’t professional, as I tried to explain to her how I felt, she told me not to return and my refund would be given. As of right now, I know they have lost two good veterinarians which is a shame! But now they lost me and my family as clients. Do not recommend until they can restart with quality vets. Our pets are loved and I want them to have good care just as I would my child.
