I just completed the Texas Real Estate Law course for my CE requirement. The course was easy to follow along and kept me engaged with the facts of a feather game, which checks your knowledge of the studied materials.

The proctor exam at the end could could use some improvement. I scheduled my exam, received confirmation, and when I logged in to take the test, the third-party host did not have it in my scheduled items.

Overall, my experience with Aceable has been good. I appreciate the convenience of being able to complete the courses in the app on my cell.

I’ve completed the first two modules of AceableAgent and was getting ready to take my third exam, but things quickly went downhill. I woke up early, only to find out I had to reschedule and pay a $5 fee, even though I gave 24-hour notice.

After rescheduling, I spent over an hour and a half dealing with the new proctoring system, only to have my issue unresolved. Now, I’ll have to wait until customer service opens to try and get this sorted out.

On top of that, I spoke with six different agents about the proctoring issue. Unfortunately, some were unhelpful, ignoring my simple questions, and one even ended the session without resolving anything. I wasn’t being rude—just trying to get answers.

Rated two star because course has been a easy follow along. I’ve already invested a lot of money into this course, so I’m hoping this will be resolved soon. I’m just sharing my experience so others are aware of the challenges I’ve faced with the proctoring system and customer support.

Passed my Texas Real Estate exam on the first try using Aceable Agent. Highly recommend Aceable for your real estate adventure/training. I have a full time job, so trying to get all of the real estate information was quite challenging. But, the information was laid out in sections that made learning the information more manageable. The app made learning so much easier for me to access the information through out the day. During the day I would use the app, and when I was at home I would use the website. This helped because I had quick access to the information.
I enjoyed the review questions and videos through out the sections because this reinforced the information I had just studied. I like that you can read the information, or have Ace read the information, with some humor thrown in there. I found the resources very helpful. From the study guide, glossary, key terms index, and many other resources, this helped me understand the information a lot better. Practice test were great, information was great, over all a great experience.

I just passed my real estate exam in TN. Aceable was an educational and fun way to learn the ins and outs of real estate basics. Once I complete my exam and certifications, they we right there with clear and easy to follow instructions and links to get all of my paperwork submitted and be on my way to becoming a realtor.

The course material is fantastic.

However, i cant even take the final exam because the proctorU software is always faulty. This is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I will be recommending people go to champions until it is.
