Extremely disappointed in their communication style and Lack of professional skills; scheduling, text messages, and customer service skills. Although they do a good job with grooming, a few business courses would help tremendously.

Be careful. She has increased her prices by 15% without prior notice. If you calculate the cost that is close to $100 per hour. I think she does a fine job and I understand overhead but this was a little extreme especially if you have a number of animals that she is working on. I also was a little surprised that she sent someone else and did not come herself. My husky was not done as well as she had been done previously. A little disappointed in the whole response.

They do a good job when they arrive. However, they never arrived today for our scheduled appointment.

They send you a text with your upcoming scheduled appointment. It's not automated or anything, just them literally texting you manually. I've responded to past ones and they never say anything back so I figured there really is no point to respond unless I need to change the schedule.

Well, apparently, they have an uncommunicated expectation that you MUST confirm/respond to the appointment text. So, if you don't respond, they don't come. They don't say anything about this when they set you up and there is no follow-up from them if they notice you didn't respond. They just silently remove you from the schedule.

Welp, that is exactly what happened to me. That is a really awful way to manage a schedule and really poor to put that onus on the customer; I'm not the one running their business.

Needless to say, that caused them to lose my business immediately.

My son's dog BaBa needed a bath but he is getting old and it stresses him out when you take him out of he's surrounding. They come to you and do a wonderful job he looks and smells so good and NOT SRESSED out. They very professional I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Hi! In December 2018, Tammy had my BellaJo female cat shaved with her head in a Lion type Ruff! BellaJo was shaved and bathed and dried and done in about 45 minutes! Today, I comb and brush BellaJo! Sge hates it, but I still do it! Tammt of Silky Smooth was Fantastic!
